I’m a long time fan of Zalat #1 (on Fitzhugh). It’s walking distance from my apartment – super quick, delicious, and affordable. The minis are perfect for a single gal like me and the Caesar salad is the perfect side dish! Appreciate the staff and those little notes inside the box always make my day. They offer loyalty rewards ($5) and it always comes through when I need it.

I am new to Dallas and the first place I ate at was this place, I he service was pretty good the first time but today I order a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and let’s just say the service was terrible. For starters my husband left out to get the pizza and when he got there they had our order totally messed up! I almost didn’t order from there because when I called the order in a woman answered and had such a nasty attitude. Overall her mood was just off and wasn’t pleasant or welcoming at all my husband didn’t want to speak up so I called to see if I could speak to a manager and the person that answered said that her name was Molly (the woman who answered with the nasty attitude) do I asked Molly if I could speak with her manager and she said “I am the manager” I proceed to explain to her that we been placed the order and was it anyway we could get some kind of discount, a free drink “something”!!! She ignored my issue and said she didn’t care and that a new one was being made. I’m not sure if this is how they normally conduct business but when I tell you it took a lot out of me not to go off on her… I just politely said ok and she hung up the phone before I could say anything else. This was one of the most rudest managers I’ve ever came across and it needs to be addressed before they lose customers.

LISTEN – whoever made our pizza for uber eats for a Roger V . YOU DESERVE A RAISE. May your blanket always be cold, may your food always be hot , and may you find $20 on the floor. My husband and I decided to be big backs and order through uber eats at 12 am . And they showed up and showed out. and they put a free lil ranch in there. REAL MVP. Management praise your team and give them lil bonus.

My boyfriend and i ordered the mini chicken teriyaki pizza to try, and it was amazing. The pizza had a lot of flavor, crust was crunchy and top was cooked perfectly.
The service however was very poor. The girl who was at the window didnt bother to acknowledge me at all. She didnt greet or say a word when i approached the window she just stared looking down or around. I Smiled, greeted her and mentioned my order, she just went to get it, came back, again no eye contact no smile and not a word. I thanked her and she just started mumbling; thats when i noticed she was on the phone talking through her earphone. I just stared for a second and thats when she made eye contact as if she was waiting for something. Her whole behavior was off and disappointing.

Was on vacation in Dallas and seen this place and tiktok and thought i’d give it a try, honestly really great pizza and the workers were very cool. I did a walk in and it was surprisingly fast. The only downside i’d say is charging 1 dollar for a cup of ranch is pretty high.
