From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

The star of the show here are the grits! They are creamy, flavorful and just delicious. Unfortunately, the biscuits are very dry.

Everything about this business has fallen off. I got the extreme biscuits and gravy, never had more bland eggs in my entire life. I ordered over-easy eggs because I like them runny, and the inside was completely hard. Moving on to the gravy, a year ago it tasted so much better, now it’s a soupy for some reason. It tastes as if it came straight out of a bag. The service was extremely slow for how many people were in there. If you have a big party, just don’t waste your time coming here. It breaks my heart that this restaurant has become such a corporate company; it looks like a Culver’s inside, not Maple Street. I grew up eating here, and I loved it, but with all the changes and poor management Ive grown out of it.
Side note manager seems like a cheapskate, wanted a refund, and she gave me every other option but that. I don’t want a Maple Money card. I’m not coming back lol. Just reimburse me, it’s not that hard…..

Ordered online and picked up, the food was very thrown together.Definitely did not taste fresh, I’d say microwaved. Paid for extra potato tots, and instead barely got any at all. Don’t waste your money

The food was okay. Make sure you pay attention to the menu as you are offering. The chicken tenders for my chicken and waffle were very bland. They had a friendly atmosphere and were on it. They were cleaning up as they worked, and I really like it. They made sure everyone was good, coming back checking up on us.

AMAZING Food!! Went there this morning for breakfast. I got the squawking goat ( as shown in the picture) it was very good. My wife got the five and dime biscuit and our little got the egg and biscuit. All the biscuits were soft and fluffy. They tasted amazing. The chicken was cooked well and juicy. Each item on the sandwiches went together perfectly making for a delicious flavored sandwich. The egg and biscuit kids meal came with a jelly ( unsure what kind) it was very fruity and tasted good. We also got a Carmel crunch coffee and a maple coffee they both tasted well. I think there could have been a little more flavor but over all was fine. We also had a fresh squeezed Oj, it has great flavor and did not taste fake like many other orange juices. I highly recommend this place. Food was served to us almost immediately after finding a table.

This was our first time at a Maple Street Biscuit Company. The staff was absolutely amazing – answering our questions about the menu and even having their entire kitchen staff change their gloves due to a food allergy. It was a busy time of day but the staff still went out of their way to make sure that my family was taken care of – not pushing people through the line like many similar places do. The inside and outside of the building was extremely clean. The areas for drinks, utensils and condiments was stocked well and organized. The handmade biscuits were delightful. We look forward to coming back next time we are in town!

Wowwwwww!!! My husband & I just happened to come here on a Saturday morning after the remodeling & everything was free. The food was phenomenal! My husband got the Eggstreme biscuits & gravy & I got the sausage egg & cheese biscuit. We ate every single bite & I was mopping up the last of the gravy with a piece of leftover biscuit. Mmmmm… they have lots of breakfast options but they have plenty of lunch options as well. We loved it. The staff was superb, very attentive and accommodating. Great prices for a restaurant in the San Marco area. Definitely worth your time for a savory breakfast or lunch. Thank you, MapleStreet!!! That was a sweet surprise to our Saturday morning. We will definitely be back!

There is nothing not to like about Maple Street Biscuit Company. I’ve been to Maple Street several times in Savannah and Charleston, but this was my first time at the San Marco Blvd, Jacksonville location. Everything was excellent! I ordered the Five & Dime (my favorite), a flaky biscuit filled with fried chicken, crispy bacon, cheese, fried egg, and sausage gravy. Man, their gravy is the best! My wife ordered breakfast tacos, which must be a rather recent addition to the menu. She couldn’t stop raving about how good they were! My granddaughter had biscuits with homemade jam and enjoyed every bite.

The atmosphere at Maple Street is casual and comfortable. Diners order at the counter and then seat themselves. Beverages, including coffee, are obtained from a handy beverage bar. The coffee was hot, fresh, and delicious. My only minor issue with this Maple Street location is that most of the tables are quite large. We got one of the few tables that had seats for four, but beside us was a large rectangular table that was big enough to serve an army! Great idea for large groups, but I’d like a few more four-seaters.

We loved our food, found the employees to be courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms to be clean. If I’m ever in the Jacksonville area around breakfast time again, Maple Street will be on my short list of places to go. It’s really good!
