Been a Zaks regular since the 1980s and they’ve rarely let us down and if they did, they’d make sure everything was right by compensating us on our meals. Staff are always friendly and professional in the same breath. We must’ve been over a thousand times and I can barely remember anything bad about it. It was nice when it was just Mousehold as it had a nice independent feel about it but, business!

Absolutely loved it, like going back to my younger self.
Range of American diner food was excellent, I opted for baby back ribs with a maple syrup and red pepper glaze, awesome.
Milk shake was ok and I have definitely had better but still enjoyed it. Would I go back again, yes of course!

Really cool unique place to eat. Highly recommended. I turned up by accident on unlimited wing Wednesday and food was great service was better. Wide variety of really interesting burgers.

Visited here for my birthday and was very impressed with food and service. Our server was Rabbi and he was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. My partner tried one of the hot dogs for the first time and was very pleased with his choice, he thought this was excellent. Food was served quickly. Meals are a bit on the pricey side (burger and curly fries was £16.50 and desserts £7) but it was all very good quality.

Prices not low but portions more than good value, food comes quickly and is high quality, food and drink is mimicking American diner food very well but with a degree of specificity and customer service that many similar establishment lacks. Came in on a Tuesday evening, surprisingly busy but open to walk-ins with a smidge of attitude can only speak for the burgers but the beef is flavourful, the chips customisable and ample and the plate more than sustaining. Well worth a visit, especially if you like to indulge in some good old fashioned high quality calorific value.

A favourite place to eat for us! Great flavoursome burgers and plenty of other options on the menu. Reasonably priced too. Friendly helpful staff and quick service. Love the decor and background music which add to the atmosphere. Parking is bit limited and can be quite dark but we’ve always managed. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had a gift voucher to use so decided to take my gf for lunch..luckily we booked as when we turned up it was busy.
The food was always hot and tasted good and service even when busy was good. I didn’t catch our servers name but she was always friendly. Only small issue on the day was a technical one with the ice machine not working for drinks but not a huge one.
Must say though..parking is a slight issue as when busy it’s very hard to find a spot..quite a small one.

Awesome! American themed diner. So much to choose from on the menus. Spoiled for choice. Great service and the decor really suited the American theme. I’ve had better burgers but to be fair I only tried one off a menu of many.
