Went straight here after arriving from San Francisco, and we were super hungry. This place delivered, for sure. Super, super friendly staff and attentive customer service.
On the spicier side, but in a good and yummy way.. So if you think of medium spicy, it’s more like hot spicy. Good hearty portions, amazing food and delicious. Having imitation mock dick as an affordable options was much appreciated. The green bean dish with mock duck was so good with lots of chillies oil and they were generous on the duck. So good !
We cleaned out our plates.
Definitely will be back next time visiting San Diego.

From time to time, I find myself craving Thai food because it adds a unique flavor to my everyday meals. I really enjoyed their crab fried rice and tom yum soup. The combination of crab meat and fried rice is hard to fault, and the tom yum soup is wonderfully appetizing. They offer a wide range of spice levels, so even if you can’t handle spicy food, there’s nothing to worry about.

I’ve been there twice. On the first visit, we ordered many dishes to share with friends, and most of them were great. The raw shrimp was very spicy, but still enjoyable if you like heat.
However, when we went back to try the boat noodles and curry, they weren’t as good as the first time.
It’s a good restaurant overall.

We were seated right away and the interior had beautiful decorations. We ordered Tom Yum, Drunken Noodles, spring rolls, and Thai tea with boba. The Drunken Noodles were flavorful and the noodles and vegetables were nicely crisp yet tender. The Thai tea was not very sweet and did not have a strong tea flavor, and the boba was a bit hard. The spring rolls were fairly standard and good, and pair nicely with the peanut and sweet and sour sauce. The Tom Yum was very flavorful yet a bit too sore and could have used some more sweetness. But it hit the spot on a cold, rainy day.

First (of many) visit to Zab Linda at the recommendation of a coworker – definitely worth it! We got the Tom Kha soup, the Spicy Basil with Deep Fried Pork Belly, the Spicy Eggplant, and the Spicy Naked Shrimp – our server was very accommodating and understood our lack of tolerance for spicy food so got us Level 1 spice…which was perfect for us! We’ll definitely be here again!

Excellent service with delicious food in a cozy environment with lots of free parking. Menu offers nice variety of selections with photos throughout. Dishes arrive at the table looking just like the photo in the menu (!), including the large portions. Wonderful. Ready to visit again and sample more options. Pleasant and impressive.

Great Thai food! My wife grew up in San Diego and used to come here before the new name and owners. We were sad when the transition happened a few years back as we felt the quality declined and the prices increased.
However, now that the world is expensive, the value proposition doesn’t seem bad! Food was excellent and the service was good. Can’t wait to come back and explore the menu.

I just moved to Linda Vista and this restaurant is two minutes from our house. I got the fresh spring rolls and the short spare ribs soup. Everything is so so fresh. My favorite part is the decor and the staff, everyone has been really friendly
