Four servers were standing behind the counter while one was cleaning the area near the cash register. Nobody offered to take our order. The server near the cash register just walked away from the area without acknowledging us at all. Then it took me to ask one of the servers if he could take our order. He seemed to be very reluctant, but he came over to the cash register and asked for our order. I asked for a bacon and eggs on a croissant without cheese and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. They made to go two egg and cheese on English muffins. It was not what I wanted but we were too far away to do anything about it except I decided to write this review while it was still on my mind. To me the English muffin was too soft, tasted a little soapy. The egg and cheese is too undesirable to eat. So I took one bite and had to toss it into the garbage. Locally here in EP my visits to Dunkin have been welcoming and orders have been correct.

Sometimes its a hit or miss, the coffees never quite taste the same if you always get the same order, sometimes the food is ice cold in the center, and sometimes its simple mistakes. Stuff happens.. But they’re almost always willing to fix the issue! Overall its a fast paced place, they do great the majority of the time.

One of the better Dunkin’ shops around. New, clean, opens very early. Staff is energetic with a good attitude. Some of these let you stand at the counter for five minutes while they handle drive through – not these guys, they treat you like a human being. It’s not very cozy inside so maybe they can use a little artwork.

The past 2 years the service at the window & calling in orders is atrocious! Twice this week we got the wrong orders ! Black coffee with Milk in it , Tea that taste like coffee . Weak coffee . I ordered online a specific time and nothing was ready . Get more competent workers or a new Mgr .

For being so busy and in such a prime location, you would think they would have a restroom. I work with chemicals all day and. It would be nice to wash my hands before touching anything I’m going to eat or drink. SMH. How are you going to serve food and drinks but not offer a bathroom? Are we really in the hood or something?

In this place the people who attend are charging more when you buy something with them and then when you complaint about that and ask them to refund the extra money they charge you, they acting like you are begging for your money and try to return your money with the tips. Bad place to buy
