I had the chance to visit Yinchuan, China once, and there I experienced something unforgettable: the region’s boiled lamb. It was incredibly flavorful, tender, and clean-tasting, and the memory of it stayed with me long after I returned to the U.S. For a long time, I searched for something even remotely close, but nothing ever compared.
That is—until I tried Yun Noodle and Dumplings.
I didn’t even realize beforehand that they offered such authentic dishes, so the experience was a complete and wonderful surprise. The lamb was cooked perfectly—juicy, tender, and full of the same comforting, familiar flavor I remembered from China. One bite instantly brought me back.
I never thought I’d be able to enjoy this kind of food again without flying halfway around the world. I’m so grateful to have found a place that delivers such authentic, delicious dishes. This meal truly meant a lot to me, and I can’t wait to return.

Delicious noodle soups and chili wonton. Service is friendly and efficient, great spot for a group so you can try a variety of dishes. We went there for Valentine’s Day lunch and recieved a complimentary dish of spicy steamed chicken.
I do not recommend their soup dumplings, as the skin was very thick at the pleats but also they were also falling apart while trying to eat them.

Mike Chen’s video brought me here. Pretty busy place when I came in, and I was seated pretty quickly, and they let me know if I had any questions. The noodles are made fresh. I really debated long and hard if I wanted to get the BIG soup bowl that Mike had gotten. Seeing how I wasn’t as hungry, I went with the House Special Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and House Special Xiao Long Bao. Both were great, and it came out in about 10 minutes or so. The service was friendly, and made sure I had soy sauce and chili oil. The dumplings were really hot, silky on the outside and juicy on the inside, the broth inside was really good. The dumplings are made fresh, and the meat was tender, I really enjoyed them! The House Special Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup – so dang good. The beef was tender, and the aromatics really added a nice touch to the soup. The broth was very flavorful. And the noodles to go with it – amazing! I definitely wish I came back during my travels to have more, but I definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in Vegas.

What a find! We were actually looking for a diff noodle house and couldn’t find it in that same plaza which google was directing us to. (we found out later that they listed the wrong address and was down the street cuz we spotted it later!). We were hungry so de used to eat here instead and we were so glad we did because what we had were delicous!!
The place is clean and bright. Lots of Asian patrons, which is always a great sign! We were greeted nicely and were told to sit wherver we wanted. After grabbing the table and looking over the menu, we ordered our food. They make their own hand pulled noodles here and it was fresh!
We ordered the following:
1. crab and pork soup dumplings: 3/5 cuz it was a little salty and the soy sauce flavored soup was overpowering. The wrap is thick and chewy which is nice but the soup itself was overwhelming for us. We probably will not order this again.
2. N1. House Special Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup: 5/5! The broth is lean and clean, not fatty, smells great, like a lighter Pho broth but not the pho flavor. The meat is tender, sliced thinly and plenty of it. The cilantro and green onions were perfectly paired with the broth and the noodles are so fresh and soft. We would come back for this, for sure!
3. Beef fried rice: 5/5! The rice is perfectly fried with eggs, slices of beef which were not tough. Pieces of carrots and peas were enough but not too much. The level burnt and soy sauce of the fried rice was delicious! We definitely would order this again.
5. House boba milk tea: 5/5. Good flavor and the right level of sweetness. The bobas were soft and chewy. Overall, very good and for the size, the price is nice ($4.99).
Prices for all entrees are very good and more importantly, the quality and flavors are excellent. I got to watch the chef making some hand pulled noodles too, so that was fun. The waitress was quick and friendly, very pleasant to deal with which is nice cuz most Chinese restaurants aren’t known for their customer service or friendly interfacing.
The bathroom was clean and check this out: It does not have supplies all over in the hallway or in the bathroom like a lot of the asian restaurants around town! They have a cabinet there and my guess is they store their stuff there (I didn’t peek! lol).
Overall, glad we stumbled onto this place. We are a fan and will come back!

I went there with my friends and family for multiple times so far, and I’ve tried different dishes each time. The House Special Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup is always my favorite. I could tell they had used real ingredients and fresh bones to made that soup base even though the soup sometimes gone little salty, but it still super tasty! Also, the Super Large Bowl Beef Noodle Soup and the Big Pate Lamb with Dry Noodle, and the were extremely interesting and unique, they both were unexpectedly really SUPER XD, the size of the bowl was able 3 times as my head and you have one chance take as much meat as you can with only one hand There’s very large & juicy pcs of lambs in the pate lamb noodle, but the only thing could improve for this lamb noodle is please clean out the lamb bone fragments before mixing with noodles. Some of the bone pieces are very sharp, I almost cut my gums and throat when eating the noodles, that could cause some serious problems for customers. Hope the owner could pay some attention to that. We also tried Xiao Long Dumplings, but I could only give it an ok since it wasn’t as juicy as I expected, and the dumpling’s skin was little too thick and dry. Hope that’ll also be improved in the future. Also, I really really hope they could use real Red willow branches to make Lamb Skewer as how they described in the menu. Anyway, if you looking for something unique and quick to grab a bite, here’s a good option

This restaurant has became one of regular spots in this side of the town now. We like their freshly hand-made noodles and dumplings and the Lan Zhou signature dishes. The Chili oil in their dishes looks very red but not THAT spicy. It has a unique fragrant taste and favor. It is hard to describe and so you have to try it to understand.

Really good food, just like I had in China. I like the house specials Lanzhou beef noodle soup, combination platter, grilled lamb chop and pancake with beef roll, everything is good! Worth to visit!

OMG this place is amazing! The food is so delicious, we ordered way more than we could eat just to taste many of their dishes. The staff were really helpful in picking out dishes to try. Definitely try the beef roll. Will definitely come back again.

We had a server who spoke barely any English. Thankfully some of us could speak Chinese.
Soup dumplings (xlb)- for lovers of DTF, this was pretty good in comparison. Good ratio of wrapper to meat. Just not enough soup.
Beef roll- heavy on cilantro, little sauce, but good wrapper. Could’ve used a little more meat.
Family sized beef noodles- the size of the pool took us by surprise! I had never seen such a large bowl before at a restaurant. They gave us a glove and has us grab as much sliced meat with one chance to do it! It was large enough for all 8 of us to have a small bowl of it.
Fried potstickers with crab and pork- good, nothing extraordinary.
Black Bean noodles- decent
Would come back to try their lamb soup noodles.

First time eating here and it was phenomenal. I saw the review on YouTube by Let’s Eat Vegas and it was on point. Food delicious and fresh. Service and atmosphere were great. No complains at all. Definitely coming back again. No need to go anywhere else for great Chinese food in Nevada.
