Had plans of having Chipotle for dinner since 7am 11/19. Went to this location with 2 of my friends and when it was out turn we were told they were out of Chicken and Steak and it wouldn’t be up for another 10-15mins. We waited and was called up and when ordering my burrito that i consistently get. Burrito with brown rice, double steak, veggies, corn, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. I’ve never had an issue with the person finishing my food wrapping my burrito. But whoever the white lady with the blonde hair and tattoos on her arms was DOES NOT NEED TO BE ON THE LINE. Every order she was just slamming the condiments in very messily. She messily wrapped my burrito that all the guac was spilling out and she continued to roll my burrito in the guac. I couldn’t eat the burrito at all because it would not stay together. Had my friend go back up there and ask them to remake it because i’m pregnant and did not want to get frustrated. But this lady kept telling us we got extra of everything thing when I DID NOT. DO NOT GOT TO THIS LOCATION

I was craving a bowl and I placed my order with the free side of red chimichurri sauce that i didn’t get. The chips were very salty with huge chucks on salt on the chips. And I also found a huge piece of red pepper in the middle of the bowl. It’s was very disappointing especially because I really want it in these days our money is very valuable, and where we spend it.

This place seriously needs some help. I’ve been to some nasty chipotles but this one is by FAR the most filthy one I’ve ever seen. As soon as I walked in I could see the floor in the kitchen had old food and trash all over it. You can’t see it in the picture but the cutting board they used for meat was completely black from old meat residue. There were dirty dishes EVERYWHERE which I can’t understand why considering there were 6 employees there and I was the only customer in the store. The drink cooler and by the register looks like it had never been wiped down due to the old food residue and just overall dirtiness. After reading month to year old reviews saying the same things, I genuinely don’t understand how a food inspector hasn’t down something about this place.

Depending on how the food on the line looks dictates my order more than what I want to get. Recently had a bad experience with the older lady manager who was pretend nice to me after being quite rude and publicly shamed a customer in line before me. No one here can roll a burrito except the bad attitude manager. Occasionally pretty good.

The very tall larger women was my server. When I asked her which of the shredded proteins was NOT pork she shouted carnitas, stormed away from the thing and filled the bowl with carnitas. upon her coming back i reiterated that I did not want pork, i only wanted beef… she got mad, threw the current bowl down (spilling it) and remade it with beef barbacoa. Barely put any rice or beans in it, threw the lettuce at my bowl getting barely any in and most of it on the counter. When I asked for a side of guacamole she put barely half a scoop in the container and slide/tossed the bowl to the checkout girl and stormed away from the counter. I’m severely disappointed in the actions and attitude from this woman. I saved up to be able to afford this meal as going out is a treat for me. This ruined my experience and quite frankly my day. I can’t believe I paid almost $12 for a meal that doesn’t even have enough food in the bowl to fill me up. The girl in front of me got almost the same order as me and her bowl was over flowing??

We had the WORST experience here. This chipotle has one of the rudest and most stingiest people working in that line. First, ONE piece of meat for the tacos that I ordered. Second, purposely picking burnt meat for my wife. Wack behavior. Lastly, the worker “forgot” about our kid’s quesadilla and it was STIFF from being BURNT TO A CRISP. AND, had the audacity to make us pay for it. Meanwhile, the quesadilla was on the machine for so long that it basically burnt another worker’s hands when she picked it up. Luckily my wife politely asked for the quesadilla to be remade because again, she tried to give a burnt, beyond crispy piece of garbage.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. NEVERRR COMING BACK, should have went to Chick-fil-A next door!!!!!

Everytime I go there they have NO CHIMICHURRI SAUCE… then tell me it takes an hour to make… MOVING FORWARD IF THERE IS NO SAUCE I WILL NOT PAY FOR MY FOOD AND YOU GUYS CAN KEEP IT!! THROW IT AWAY. It makes no sense to advertise the sauce JUST TO NOT HAVE IT!! Spending $25 dollars, I BETTER GET SOME CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

It used to be decent, but lately it’s been horrible. They are severely understaffed. My past 2 orders were mobile orders that took 45 minutes to an hour. The staff is overworked and they seem miserable. I was a regular customer but I won’t be back any time soon.

I’d give a 0/5 if I could. Genuinely the worst Chipotle I’ve been to and sadly I have to admit I’ve been to a lot. Always out of doo, always takes forever to get it back, orders are wrong half the time, portions are horrible, and the staff can be very disrespectful at times. From childish behavior to no will to serve. I love Chipotle but try to avoid this one when I can. It’s gone terrible downhill.

Me and my girlfriend go here often. Over this past year, the cleanliness and quality of food has went down. Portion sizes suck, service is meh at best, silverware area isn’t kept up. Went tonight and was not satisfied. We WILL be going to Oakleaf more often.
