Yume Ramen is a cozy bowl of happiness! The broth is rich and comforting without being heavy, the noodles have that perfect springy bite, and the chashu just melts. I loved the soft-boiled egg, silky yolk, full of flavor and the sides (gyoza) were spot on. Staff were kind and quick, and the vibe is relaxed but lively.

I ordered the Tokyo ramen and it was quite unappetising.At first it looked appealing however the taste did not match the appearance.It was too salty for my liking. On the other hand, the ambience and and service was nice ,creating a warm, inviting atmosphere which is suitable for conversation. However the food is ultimately what you are there for and it did not deliver.

Food is okay. We had the tokyo ramen and tan-tan. For people who have never tried proper Japanese ramen it may seem good but for people who know what proper ramen tastes like and should be it leaves the eater feeling a bit lacklustre. The broth tastes like soya sauce galore and lacks proper depth and richness that a real broth should taste like. Noodles are hard as heck too but maybe that’s normal in italy. Meat is fine though. Food came quick and ambience is good enough but the food we ate was lacking.
