The restaurant outside is muted, the inside decor is basic. Sara greeted me as soon as I stepped inside with a smile and friendly hello. I normally order sencha with my meal, the hot tea came out with teabag and hot water (which I will skip next time). The escolar sashimi was fresh, the hamachi kama was done just right, the salad was ok, the miso soup was hot and tasty. I’d be back to try other items on the menu.

We got the calamari and jalapeño bombs… both were good, but the bombs were amazing!! We also ordered the Popcorn roll, the red dragon roll, and the scallop roll; and we were not disappointed. This place may be small, but they make the best sushi in the Morongo Basin.

Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you; the restaurant was so nice on the inside. The staff greets you upon entry, we were seated immediately (we went in on Thanksgiving evening so it was empty upon arrival), and the restaurant was very clean.
Our food was made fresh and we were served within a short time of our arrival. Our waitress/server was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the little touch of having a bottle of hand sanitizer at each table along with a call button when we were ready to place our order. My spring rolls and chicken teriyaki bowl were both on point and reasonably priced.

Mikey and his team were super friendly the food was super good at a great price overall and amazing place to have sushi! Definitely coming back with my girlfriend next time! The Joshua Tree and Toto Roll definitely stood out to us the most 🙂

MY FAVORITE SUSHI SPOT!!! Whether you are dining inside or getting take out, this place never misses. Yummy, delicious and fresh food. Inside is a nice vibe, the customer service is amazing make you feel like home, They are always fast and so attentive to everyone. Love this spot. Definitely my favorite ❤️

Visited Yucca Valley for the week and decided to stop by for some sushi after a hike. Came across this local spot and left satisfied.
The service and food delivery was quick and the sushi was tasty. I got the salmon lover and Joshua tree roll. Everything was fresh. The spicy garlic edamame is such a good choice to start off with. I enjoyed a kirren and left feeling great.
I got to talk to the owner before leaving and he was very kind and grateful. He shared a bit of his background with me which I thought was pretty cool.

incredible food! super generous portions with high quality ingredients. the service was lovely and atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable! lots of locals came through during our meal and that’s always a great sign. highly recommend to anyone.
