Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Mishawaka is always my go-to whenever I’m in town for business. And this is coming from a former bartender and bar owner — Heather is truly top-tier.
She’s attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Even when it’s busy, she never misses a beat and makes every guest feel taken care of. That level of service is rare.

I did the buy an entree get a take away for 10.
I order the app sampler, beef short rib dish as my main, chicken piccata as my take away and tiramisu. The olive oil for the bread is really good. The mozzarella sticks were a little over cooked for my liking, not really a problem. However the lemon seed in the batter was. The buschetta was missing. The calamari had rubbery chew quality to it. Like something went wrong and the cooking process.
The carrots were undercooked, no honey taste, fresh rosemary can be sharp tasting add that with undercooked carrots not very pleasant. The short rib had far to many dried out short, after a while I had filled the side with half of the meat.
The server was wonderful, he got the app removed when I told him about the seed and missing food. When he came back for a check-in, he got the manager for me. Where I explained my concerns, she listened and had a replacement paste made for me. Shrimp and scallops with vodka sauce. I got my tiramisu it was delicious. The shrimp in the pasta, I could still taste the frozenness, the scallops were good. I gave the chicken piccata away.
The manager and server both listened and did what they could to make things right.
I like to think the kitchen was having a off day at least with my food lol.
I would like to give them another chance.

Our food was hot fresh and out fast. We love coming here but our server, Maria O., made our experience 10/10! We can’t wait to come back and request her again. Excited for our $10 take home. We love the fettuccini here!!!!

The chicken with the goat cheese & sun-dried tomatoes is fantastic. Really appreciated our server Toby who explained all our options & stayed on top of everything. No empty glasses at our table! She was attentive and observant; all together a great experience. And get the chocolate peanut butter dessert & thank me later.

This was definitely the worst Italian restaurant we have ever been to! We went with 6 people and the best thing we ate was the salad & the bread, my meatballs were almost burnt, my friends dishes, the meats were raw and the pasta was all stuck together in a clumpy mess. None of us finished out dishes they all tasted terrible, even the sausen was bland no taste at all. The kids could not even finish their Spagetti and ravioli dishes because the sauce was terrible and the pasta was half cooked. The service was good but the fact that the waitress served us this terrible food w/o realizing that it was a mess was not good.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill delivered a fantastic dining experience. The service was top-notch, attentive without being overbearing, food came out of the kitchen correct and fast, and my drink was always full. My wife enjoyed a hearty Italian lentil and sausage soup, while I had the Chicken Piccata, which was perfectly tangy and tender. The spicy chicken noodle soup added a nice kick, and the breadstick tower appetizer was a fun and tasty start. Fresh hot bread with seasoned oil hit the table right away, setting the tone for a warm, satisfying meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an winderful evening thanks to our server who made sure we had a great experience Melissa Noojin, went above and beyond. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Our drinks were refilled promptly, the food arrived on time, and she checked in without being intrusive.
Melissa’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. It’s clear Melissa and Carrabba‘s cares about providing excellent service. I would definitely return and hope to be served by her again.

Tobi was an AMAZING server, very pleasurable to have at our favorite restaurant! Definitely give her a raise! Best customer service at a sit down restaurant by far so far of 2026!!
She was very friendly and even asked if we would like any of the take home meals for the $10 that we planned on asking abt, but no need to with her! AMAZING SERVICE!

I would add photos, but everything is gone. Great food, Outstanding dessert! The fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna was great. The prices were also great for portions. Want to give an extra kudos to barstaff while we waited but Tood (our server) went above and beyond. Recommendations, his likings, how things are prepared made this trip a must. If you ever come in and a nice clean cut gentleman named Todd is working, wait for his section. Thumbs up across the board.!
