I’ve been to this place a few times and every single time has been phenomenal! great location, not far from the beach. The people, drinks, food, and atmosphere are great. They have very good piña colada’s and their chips salsa guac, and queso combination is to die for. Great spot for any local or traveler that’s passing through to stop if you’re hungry and looking for a new place to eat at.

What a fun place! Started with a key lime Martini, YUM. Got the 3 course meal. Clam chowder, Coconut Shrimp with strawberry horseradish (not spicy) with sweet mashed potatoes, and key lime pie. I almost had to roll out of there. Highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Island Grille and Raw Bar. We had to try the raw oysters. They were delicious and a great size. The horseradish was fresh and very potent. We order the Grouper Ruben, which was awesome, and the Island Grille Cheeseburger. The medium rare burger was perfect and very juicy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back. The only negative I could find, was the beer selection was pretty “vanilla”. No IPA, no dark beers, and no local beers.

We’ve been here several times now and the food and service have never been disappointing. Our bartender Ron was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Stuffed mushrooms were good as well as the grouper bites. When we are in the area we always come here. Would highly recommend.

After a beach morning / afternoon at Fort de soto this was the PERFECT lunch spot for us. We got seated inside right away on a Friday afternoon in August with no issues and our server, Scott, was great! (He should narrate audiobooks btw) tried to trio of raw oysters, I loved the sushi and inferno one, but I hated the “caviar” one hahaha. Clam chowder was FIREEEEE, downed it in like 10 seconds. So good. Crab stuffed mushrooms were a crowd pleaser and highly reccomend. Ceasar salad was also super good, honestly we all enjoyed our food and drinks and I would absolutely tell friends/family/strangers on the internet to definitely check this place out.

BIG MISTAKE!! (at least it was for us) My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary.. married 25 years ago on Valentines Day. The plan was to take a day dolphin sailboat cruise (which was amazing), then early dinner, then sunset walk on the beach. We chose this place to eat because we spent our honeymoon here (at the next door resort) 25 years ago. It’s unclear what happened, but our order somehow got lost.. or there was a mishap. We knew service might be a little slow on Valentines Day.. but people next to us sat at same time as us, ordered same food, got theirs, finished and left… and almost an hour later our meal hadn’t arrived. We walked out.. only to do an about-face because wife was unhappy and hungry and we hadn’t eaten all day. Our table and drinks were still there.. we received apologies, and our meals arrived shortly after. Food was good, outdoor view was fair at best, server was friendly (but it’s unclear who screwed up or lost our order). We realize mistakes happen. The restaurant comped our order.. but it can never make up what we lost on our special day. Weather was perfect all day for a beautiful sunset that we missed, an opportunity we will never get back.
