Ordered take out 2 hours before close for pickup within an hour of closing. Not sure if that was the wrong thing to do, but judging by what they served me, clearly the kitchen didn’t appreciate it.
Ordered nachos, a quesadilla, a cheesburger, and 2 snack wraps. Chips were burnt and contained hardly any toppings, quesadilla was very small and half filled, burger was whatever, and the “chicken” in the snack wraps were just overly fried balls of breading. Half the food was inedible and the rest was just not good. Had very high expectations that could have been easily met had any of the food been how it is described on the menu. Paid $40 bucks for most of to go into the trash, oh well, live and learn.

I just got my food after placing an order today after having issues trying to place an order online. The burrito was half the size it should have been steak and rice completely over cooked. The rollets they offered burnt with some silver residue on them. This is absurd for having to pay today prices for getting food delivered…… I will never be eating here again.

Our food took forever, most of it was missing sides, the tacos were the size of microwave taquitos, the churro “bytes” were MAYBE half an inch (and three were missing). The “fish” tacos were made of shrimp, the bowls we ordered were smaller than a Trader Joe’s freezer meal, and to top it all off they refused to honor a coupon we got in the mail a few days ago (no expiry date either???? Idk)
The place sucked. I’m sorry. It seems like they’re under new leadership and I truly hope they get their ish together, because the small amount of food we DID get was good.

This is the first time we went since the new owners took over, and it will absolutely be our last! The digital menu and ordering process was redone and it’s extremely unorganized and confusing, the layout makes no sense and it’s difficult to order what you want. The store was absolutely filthy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the new owners came in. There are cobwebs and dust everywhere, food crumbs all over the tables, chairs and floor… the chairs were so crusted over with mess that we had to layout napkins just to sit. The store and their social media is filled with AI slop as promotional images, showing how little the owners care about their business if they’re comfortable with false advertisement and theft. The food itself was edible but not enjoyable like it used to be, the recipes were absolutely changed despite the owners repeatedly denying it. Their responses to other Google reviews on here are also incredibly rude and instead of listening to all of the complaints they’re receiving, they’re arguing with customers while lying about their Google score on social media.

Yosemite Burrito comes to our Amazon EWR4 building through FUDA to serve food, and while I appreciate the convenience, the pricing and quality just don’t add up. Their burritos are nearly $15, which is much higher than what other burrito vendors charge here ($11–$12 on average).
For that price, you’d expect something freshly made and flavorful — but it honestly tastes like it was prepared the day before and reheated. The quality isn’t close to what you’d expect from a restaurant charging dine-in prices, and if I saw this place out in public, I’d keep walking. To be completely honest, Taco Bell is better for less money.
If Yosemite Burrito wants to keep customers coming back, they really need to re-evaluate their pricing and freshness when serving off-site locations like this.

The burritos use to huge, a full meal. Half the size now. So sad. We did order through Door Dash. I have been finding so many issues with ordering services. Items not received. Items missing ingredients. We ordered a build your own burrito. Meat, cheese, rice, sour cream, beans, and sauce. Only meat and cheese was included. The second one had no cheese or sour cream. Fix the problem or don’t accept orders from these apps

The two women working tonight made our experience spectacular. Usually, I’d call first and ask if there was a way to have cilantro free meals made. Unfortunately I forgot this time. They allowed my son to taste the ingredients that had cilantro in the meal he wanted to make sure it wasn’t too strong for him (we have the cilantro tastes like soap gene, and it really puts a damper on our eating Mexican food).
They helped us to order 2 meals with as little cilantro as possible. We saw quite a few people come by and get food while we ate upstairs. I was impressed that with only 2 people on, they kept up a steady pace, working swiftly and with a positive, upbeat demeanor.
I’m not sure if it’s in high demand, but we’d sure be excited to see a cilantro free rice alternative. The popcorn shrimp tacos were a big hit, the pacman bowl a little less so but I know that was the cilantro affecting his enjoyment- he still ate through ⅓ of it.

I used to really like Yosemite. Unfortunately there service has taken a hit. Twice in my last two orders they’ve forgotten the guacamole for the order. When asked about it today they said they were out of guacamole after we already paid for it. Not sure what happened, but this is quite awful service. Terrible that they rip customers off like this. On top of that their website said the order would take an hour. The food is cold. What’s worse is that all of the sauces to be placed on the side are on the tacos. The combination of the two quite literally ruined this meal. Awful experience.
