The crust was bubbly and they only put a scant amount of toppings. It was a 1 topping large pizza. Two of the slices of pizza didn’t have any chicken them at all. I was going to complain but instead, I’ve decided to never go back there. I’ll spend my dollars elsewhere. If they want to be that cheap and rip off their customers then more power to them I guess. The few pieces of chicken the did put on the pizza. I had to look for them because at first glance you can’t even notice them. What a rip off!!!

Great customer service today from Calburt! He accidentally brought me the wrong pizza and I had no intentions of calling and complaining. About 15 minutes later, he showed up at my door with the correct pizza and was super apologetic even though I was fine with the mistake. Great guy!

Order delivery, every item was wrong…..I don’t mean a little. I mean I ordered pasta and I got a little cheese pizza. I called nobody answered for over 20 min. When I went there with this mistake I was greeted with “pickup or ordering?” I explained the situation….the phone was ringing when I walked in….it was me still waiting for someone to pick it up. Her response to me was…..”well I’m the only one here…so….”. I could go on but I did NOT get any sort of a refund and I did not keep the incorrect order….basically I got a carry out order, paid for delivery and was talked down to by the girl in the store. And ignored and hung up on when I called with the mistake. The delivery driver was nice. I will not order from here again and would encourage anyone and everyone else to stay away from this location.

i have so many absolute horrid experiences with this place i am so sick of it, i tried ordering a pizza in september and waited 2 hours and they never showed up. Tried ordering a pizza tonight and the driver stopped at the vape shop for ten minutes before delivering my pizza, I call to complain and i’m laughed at and disrespected. This place is beyond sickening i’m so tired of it. My pizzas are never cut, the last pizza i DID get delivered they have to redeliver a fricking pizza cutter! Are you guys kidding me?!?

Ordered through the app last night. Food was delivered on time and very hot. I’m used to the stores in omaha being mediocre at best, but this was by far the best experience I have had. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pizza, the toppings were plentiful and great flavor. Hats off to this dominos!
