Ramen was decent… The chicken katsu tasted like cardboard, but the service was excellent as the manager accepted the feedback and switched it out for another bowl of ramen. Sushi was ok.

Well the food (although limited options for plant-based) was great.. Service could have been better if I was not over charged for 3 items(had to mention overcharges 2x ) and then had to ask for my change. How dare the server dictate what tip she deserves after that.. The server should be happy I gave a few cents over the 20%+ I always tip(those are my goals)

Fun experience… didn’t realize until I walked in that this is a conveyer belt place. However, nothing on the belt is labelled and some of the items looked fresher than others. Ordered from the menu to be sure I knew what I was getting and thought they would make it fresh, but the waitress just pulled it off of the belt. Miso soup was pretty good and includes refills.

Menu is to confusing and misleading. The conveyer belt sushi makes you wonder just how long it’s been on there. Quality is so so. But the menu makes me believe why they are closing yes closing thats what they told me. Not great but pricy. Sushi taste mediocre. Not fresh – didn’t expect more. Ordered shrimp tempura ramen, spicy seafood ramen and vegetable fried rice. Each took 20 minutes to get ready and served separately even though we ordered all at once. If your primary goal is, surprisingly, shopping here, avoid both this one and shake shack. I haven’t come to the worst part yet – we expected each dish to improve after the disappointment of the last one but they just kept getting worse. I don’t think the cook here has a human guage of how much salt per weight of food is needed to taste like food but not a pint of Morton. The situation pinnacled at the last dish – veggie fried rice after we sat in there for more than one hour after eating two instant noodle type of ramen. We had to abandon it after feeling like experimental subjects of sodium chloride tolerance. Left starving and irritated which perhaps also helped on the starving part.

The service was bad me and my husband waited almost 20 mins for a waiter the food on the belt is not fresh at all even the soy sauce has a spoiled taste to it the drinks were even nasty my husband ordered a soup and the noodles where hard or not cooked throughly and all together the experience was horrible we did not touch our food and unfortunately still paid for it complete waste or money this place needs a clean up and some fresh ingredients and new staff one of the girls that sat us at our table was completely bashful and shy we asked for a rest room and she pointed at our table restaurants are not the place for shy bashful employees I did not feel welcomed today I’m paying for sushi eaten off the belt we have severe stomach pains after coming here I’ve been stuck on the toilet all morning! I do not recommend this place at all !!!!!!! DISGUSTING !!!! Oh I forgot to mention how bland the food actually was I think this place is a shame compared to actual Japanese restaurants this place should be closed !!!! If I have to make another trip to the bathroom I’m gonna have to goto the hospital might even have food poisoning …. do not eat here this place should not still be open look at all the bad reviews before you eat some place I made a big mistake coming here I spent 60$ and ended up going to shake shack because I could not eat the food i ate two sushi rolls and I feel like my ass hole is on fire fml !!!

Expensive. Quality isn’t that great. Ordered teriyaki chicken with rice for my son bc he does not eat sushi. Came out with chicken soaked in 1cup of terriyaki sauce. It was like terriyaki soup!

I wish there was zero stars. This restaurant closes at 9pm during the weekday. So, why would they lock their doors at 745pm. I recommend just go next to door to Shake Shack. At least, they close when they suppose to at 930pm. They don’t lock their door an 1 hour and 15 mins before they suppose to. LAZY STAFF!!!!!

Great pit stop to shopping and such a fun way to dine. The servers were great as we weren’t too sure what each dish was but they helped us the whole time.
