I called to try this location (usually providence is my usual but they were super busy), and spoke with a woman name Lisa (Liza?) I told her I wanted to order for delivery and gave her my address. I then told her I usually go to the providence location. She looked up my address and laughed for a good 15 seconds it felt like and then said “ya providence is definitely your location.” That was LITERALLY it. I would’ve gladly driven to try something new but her response was so off putting I drove to my location and waited 45 min because the food and service are THAT good. What a terrible example of a service industry worker. I have 15 yrs in that industry and that’s a good way to lose customers.

Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the food we received tonight from the Haygood location. We were very excited to see Ynot come to the neighborhood, only to be disappointed with the food. I placed an order tonight, May 27th 2021. Order #86. I order tortellini with vodka sauce and fried chicken and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The tortellini was HORRENDOUS. I did not receive anything close to vodka sauce. It looked like dried clumps and left over spaghetti sauce. It was tortellini and some sort of red dried very old looking slop, on top of the tortellini. No where near the creamy vodka sauce that normally comes with this. The Ynot princess Ann location was phenomenal when i ordered this same meal last. However this was garbage. The pizza was not baked well and was over cooked. HIGHLY disappointed and this was a waste of $30. I took a total of 5 bites of my food and trashed it. I wish i could get my money back.

So happy to find a gluten free pizza. The pizza was made just the way I liked it! Couldn’t decide so I did half and half. Got the same pizza from another location and this tasted so much better. Fast, easy, quality service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a garden salad which has wilted vegetables and lettuce. Ordered two slices of their version of Supreme pizza. It came with the toppings added but no cheese covering them. The menu states extra cheese added on top of the toppings. I’m almost afraid to cut into my calzone. The delivery person tried to make it right but the manager said that’s the way its supposed to be. Not good for a new location with a big name. I say Stick with Sal’s. They are always consistently great.

This is just flat out morally wrong. They told me they were slow also so no excuses. I’d honestly rather have a 7/11 sub. Extremely overpriced. Delivery driver was nice but this is beyond awful. Shouldn’t be in business. And on fathers day. Just do yourself a favor and never come here. If I knew the food was this bad I would have refused the order. And it was crazy expensive

Excellent NY style cheese pizza. I was a little leery about ordering from this Y-Not Italian after reading many bad reviews. So I stopped by and talked to the manager before we ordered our first pizza a few days later. She assured me improvements had been made during the past year. All I can say is she must be right because the pizza was AMAZING!

First want to say we love the pizza! And my husband really enjoys the class and spaghetti in white sauce. But…the salads are less than fresh. The lettuce tasted like the refrigerator and was wilted not crisp. Also the Caesar dressing was.super tart. The garlic knots were tasty but probably could’ve used another minute or two. They were a bit doughy.
