I had the pastor taco. The lingua taco and a pork rind the taco shells where not your normal two thin corn tortillas. These were single and had a bit of heft to them. They could have been hand made. The pastor meat was very well seasoned with a great taste and done well. The lingua was soft and tender and a decent flavored. Portions were solid as well with a good amount of meat. The Gorditas used the same shell just two of them but stuck together at the bottom. Not my style but tasted good. I got three different hot sauces. The green was the best with great flavor and I we bit of heat. The orange was almost carrot based tasting which I am not mad about. It had a good flavor and very mild. The special hot for special customers has a decent heat. But not to bad. It has a unique bitterness to it. I know it is a Hispanic seasoning or food I have had before I just can not say for sure. If you do not like that flavor it will not be for you. However if you do it is solid as well.

TERRIFIC! I got the steak tacos and piña fresca. The fresca and tortillas were fresh homemade and absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend. The food truck has an awning so you don’t have to stand in the sun to order. No seating, but they deliver the food to your car.

The absolute BEST food I have ever had at a taco truck, and I have stopped at a lot. Just happened to pass through Ft. Pleasant on our way east and saw the truck. It seemed like they were taking a long time, but when our order was up, I saw that the tortillas were FRESHLY MADE!!! The gordita and tacos were amazing.

The food was all pretty tasty. We had a torta, 4 tacos and a couple of raspados. The torta was well grilled and the bread was toasty.
The tacos were also very tasty but very tiny. This is in a small box. Take that into account when ordering. 2 is just a snack.
The raspados were very tasty but mostly ice.
If you order here count on a long wait. It took close to 30 min to get our order.

So glad we stopped here on the way back to Des Moines from St. Louis. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it for the freshly made tortillas! We ordered asada and chorizo tacos, along with their mango juice. Everything was so hot, fresh, and delicious that we ordered another round. I needed four tacos to feel full, just for reference. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful and brought the food right to our car. I would highly recommend stopping for a bite!
