This is my new favorite Wing place. These are the most friendly people you were ever meet. When the food came out it looked unreal. It was beyond good and service was amazing, I highly recommend coming here we ordered the wings and fish, and as well as a couple sides, no complaints with ANYTHING. 10/10 from me and my wife. Also food hit the table by the time I came back from the bathroom, less than 5 minutes. No wait at all which I loved.

Horrible experience! We ordered a wing plate drove out of the driveway to double check our order to realize we didn’t receive the fries. We go back around through the drive through to let them know to where the young girl with the flannel accused of us lying because we drove off. She said she packed the order and it had fries and we should purchase another order of fries if we wanted one. She was so disrespectful along with the manager who allowed her to yell and have that nasty attitude. Do better yardbirds , it was no need for the attitude or slamming the window door The meal was already $16 so no need to talk down to us especially a disabled vet but that’s what we have in this world. Very disgusting and even tho I had been coming for over 3 years to yardbirds I won’t be back again. Management please talk to the staff about how to handle situations properly. I’d see if we came back hours later but it was maybe 30 second max. Very sad.

I recently visited “Yardbirds” for the first time and had a great experience.
They specialize in chicken wings and American comfort food, and this place knows how to deliver.
I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, and they were delicious—crispy, flavorful, and well cooked.
My food arrived quickly, and the staff made my visit even better.

ordered a wing plate and realized right after leaving the drive-thru—literally about a minute later—that they forgot the fries. I circled back and went through the drive-thru again to let them know.
The girl in the flannel working the window insisted she 100% put the fries in the bag and said since we drove off, there’s no proof they weren’t in there. She told us we’d have to buy another order of fries if we wanted them.
She claimed the manager agreed and even said the manager “oversaw the plate packing.”
When I said it didn’t make sense to pay for something I never received, she got an attitude, said “sorry about that,” and slammed the window in my face. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I will never come here again, worst service ever hands down.

Ordered an 8 wing plate, and the fries were missing from the order. Went back through the drive thru 2 mins later and they told me they know they 100% put the fries in the box and I left the window so I can’t prove they didn’t. Then she said I can purchase another fry if I would like. Gurl why would I buy another when you didn’t give me the first ?? Y’all that tight on money?? lmfao. Acting like this fry is a make or break for the business or something. Trash

Ordered 10 piece wings with a side of fries to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes with the order sitting and waiting. I live less than 5 minutes away and the wings were cold but the fries were good. I start eating and it looks like a wing was bitten off of. I called and mentioned it and asked if what I was given may have been a cancelled order. I was told that they weren’t and was the only order made today. I was willing to return the order with a remake but that was not offered nor any customer service given. Also the wings were small, dry and overcooked. Waste of $15.
