The atmosphere is very nice in this location, plenty of space for seating and the prices are good for the amount you get. The meats were very fresh and it was juicy. I got the she so hungry meal for 2. The soy sauce was really good to dip with. ( was too hungry and didn’t have a chance to take a picture of the meats 🙁 the takoyaki was also very fresh and crispy yet soft.

Went here for a friend’s birthday dinner. I’m not entirely sure if it’s because they were understaffed but it took about 25 minutes for someone just to take our drink order/ acknowledge us. The apps were pretty tasty and the meats were decent. I just wish the service was a bit faster. Overall we pretty much spent an hour waiting. And they also tacked on another dish to our bill which was never served. Thankfully we were able to ask them to take it off, but it just didn’t add to the experience.

Came to try there udon west / udon st mark’s menu and tried some of there stuff as well. The sushi was super fresh and the okonomi was good. The udon was also good.

Second time here. This time after the reopening and the remodel. The entire atmosphere is updated to something more modern, I prefer the old traditional style that was previously there. However, food and service were still excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a yakiniku restaurant.

Food was so well executed! Very authentic Japanese flavor and umami. Even the salad was really tasty. It was lightly dressed with a soy and light mustard dressing, it had a very nice kick to it but not overwhelming at all.

Atmosphere was nice. Food was great. Our waitress was nice, but the service could’ve been better. We were there for the all you can eat (which is only 1.5 hrs), placed our order, then our waitress disappeared. The food took a really long time to come out (I expect they are trying to run out the clock on purpose), we were missing items we ordered, so we waited again for that to come out and we didn’t even get everything we ordered. They had no problem bringing all the alcohol we ordered to the table asap. But we didn’t get water refills unless we asked. Couldn’t even spare extra napkins other than the ones initially given. Didn’t even bother ordering dessert because we were tired of waiting for the food we ordered and never got.

Delightful lunch experience! Friendly attentive service and the food is quickly prepared. Good variety and combination of foods, including grilled meats and vegetables, noodles and rice. Come during the Happy Hour period and score yourself some beer for a discounted price.

This place is a letdown. The food here is horrible. The beef here is too hard. The udon here is not authentic at all. The noodles just fall apart when I hold it. The dumplings don’t even taste like dumplings. The Bebimbop did not even come with beef you have to pay extra for it. Very empty in the restaurant too. The flavor is just very tasteless. This place is a money waster. Their service here is ok. Never ever come here.
