I went to Xevichez Sushi Bar recently and honestly, it turned into one of those nights that just felt easy and fun.
We walked in not really knowing what to expect, and right away the staff made us feel welcome. No attitude, no rushing — just good energy. Our server was super patient while we decided and gave great recommendations.
When the food came out, you could immediately tell it was fresh. The rolls were packed with flavor and looked almost too pretty to eat. After the first bite, we just kind of looked at each other and nodded like, “Yeah… this place is legit.”
We left full, in a good mood, and already talking about coming back. It didn’t just feel like dinner — it felt like a really good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of trying this food, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Every bite was full of rich, fresh flavor, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, the ingredients tasted high-quality, and the presentation was beautiful.
The portion size was generous without feeling heavy, and the entire meal left me perfectly satisfied. Whether you’re craving comfort food or something a bit more elevated, this definitely hits the spot. I would happily order it again and recommend it to anyone looking for something truly delicious!

Great Atmosphere and outstanding service from waitress Monserrat. We couldn’t finish our drink without another one coming:) She was very nice and attentive. For that service I will definitely return. The food was great. Shout to the manager Saul. Very nice gentleman.

The menus don’t have prices or an explanation as to why. I get that seafood is often market priced and can change everyday but say it on your menu and on your website, please! They have a party room that looked spacious, a good option for private parties.

I say at the bar, the bartender Eric was really nice. I ordered a Mula, which is the restaurants mule. I then asked if he has any specific drink he makes, to which he offered his version of the mule, which he then made me a mile with orange citrus. I must say it is one of if not the best Mula I have had.

We go to this restaurant at least once a week. The Sushi is amazing MOST of the time, However they are not consistent. Sometimes it’s amazing Sometimes it’s just ok.
Our Last visit there we had a server named Liz. She said we couldn’t order the Spicy Garlic Edamame with the sauce on the side. WHAT!! I order this every week. Not so good service that day. Service is usually spot on. Being in the service industry myself I know it’s not customary to tell the customer “no” we can’t do that. I do have to say that the crew that was there that day was not the usual crew that we normally see. Anyway The Patron Roll is my absolute favorite . The Shrimp tempura appetizer is always hot and crispy. If the consistency was there, I’d have given it 5 stars. We did eventually get our Spicy Garlic Edemame on the side. You should know that if you order off of the Happy Hour menu, the portions are smaller.

Amazing customer service from our server, Leonel! Honestly the best service I’ve had in years in the antelope valley. Me and my wife were in no mood to drink but after a few drink recommendations from Leonel, we knew we had to trust him and try them out and I’ll tell you… they did not disappoint. Thank you Leonel!

My Friend and I were craving Aguachiles, lucky for us this place was nearby, we tried both types of aguachiles, she liked the red better, I liked the original better, both could’ve been a bit more spicy, but I get that is targeted for most people.
We had a great experience overall, the place is big but cozy, great selection of food and beer!

Tiger roll and Dynamite shrimp were delish! Drink ordered was La Barbie lacked flavor, for the price of the drink I would probably stick to water. May try a different drink next time in the area.
