Great sandwich shop! Lots of different, unique options that look yummy. Very customizable. Only negative is that they don’t carry mushrooms or olives. Amazing customer service. The cashier gal was very helpful and informative about all of the options to choose from! The sandwich came out quickly, and was delicious. I got a Kickin Chicken sandwich in a spinach wrap. I will definitely be back for more!

Used to love this place fully. Food is delicious but the past 4 times they simply cannot get my order right, always forgetting the garlic sauce and mustard that is included in “the works”. Also gave us gravy instead of au jus for a French dip, didn’t realize until we got home. Disappointing

We cannot order from here anymore. Literally every time we do someone’s sandwitch is NOT how we ordered it. The website changed and doesn’t work, finally did on a different device. You want cheese? We got wrapped up pieces of swiss cheese? Literally swiss cheese squares wrapped like little friggin’ presents with sandwitch paper! Hmmm. Maybe it should be on the sandwitches!?

AVOID this place. I had the worst Reuben I’ve ever had tonight. $15 offer tax and the sandwich didn’t have much meet or kraut on it and no thousand island dressing. The bread was dry. When I unwrapped it, it was steaming like it came out of the microwave. I even tipped before hand! Also, maybe pay your employees a fair wage, livable wage instead asking us to supplement their income when we are already paying $15 for a sandwich. It was an hour before close and the employees seemed more focused on closing than anything else. This was my third time here. First time wasn’t good, but I don’t like making these kind of reviews. Second time was decent. This time was atrocious. I did some digging through the reviews and it seems they don’t care about making things right after a bad experience. It seems like it’s always a copy and paste answer from them. There are tons of places to eat! Don’t waste your money on this spot!

very good sandwich shop! fun new menu items i have never thought to try before as well as classic basic sandwiches. enjoyed everything we ordered. sauces were amazing. dutch crunch roll is delicious! all sandwiches come with a chocolate chip cookie! also they had more chip options than other places. my only complaint is that it is definitely on the pricier side. first photo is the Hang Loose. second photo is the kickin chicken.

Was super excited to try this place out, because saw a good review of it from a TikTok video. But sadly was disappointed. Some of the positive things first before the negatives. One, they do have a huge variety on their menu to choose from & two they are friendly. However, on their menu it states there’s some sandwiches that you can choose if you want hot or cold. My daughter & I both ordered ours to be served hot, since the four of us in our party were eating there. When we sat down to wait for our food & eat. We were the only ones in the shop at that moment. Well shortly after, more people started coming into the place to order take out, to eat there, to pick up an order etc. roughly I’d say about 10-12 people that flooded in. One was an Amazon delivery person. You could tell that he obviously ordered online, because when he came in he picked up his quickly. The others though, there were THREE other “groups” of people that came in & ordered after us. And ALL three were served before us! So my oldest daughter(she’s 30) went up & said something to the gal that took our order. I felt as if she had forgotten to give our order to the people preparing the food because she looked stunned when my daughter went up & said something. Not cool! Then finally when our food came out. Mine & my daughter’s that we ordered HOT we’re not even near warm!! My daughter’s was actually COLD! And mine felt like it was placed on a warmer but definitely not HOT like no steam when unwrapped it. Cheese wasn’t melted on either of our sandwiches. The bread was hard not soft as if had been hot then cooled down & you know how bread stiffens after that. That’s exactly how it was! The garlic sauce on it tasted good & the avocado was good. But I could not taste the BACON! Which shocked me because bacon is a pretty strong flavor. The gal who took our order came over to our table to check on us, I unfortunately was on the phone when she came up so wasn’t able to talk to her. But my daughter told her that her sandwich was not hot at all. She asked if she wanted her to hear it up. My daughter declined because we had already been there so long & didn’t want to wait. But my daughter just wanted to inform her of it. The gals excuse I’m sorry was a bit lame though, she stated corporate only allows them to heat it to a certain temp. Like what??? Then don’t display “HOT” on your menu. Lastly, I brought the other half on my sandwich home to my husband. And he was not impressed at all, said the sandwiches I make him at home are better. So for the price & hype sorry very dissatisfied.

Ordered take-out from Mr. Pickle’s in Queen Creek and everything was solid. The order was ready on time, packed well, and the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and made the pick-up easy. Good spot for a quick, reliable meal.

Very disappointing experience! For a $16 sandwich you would expect way more than what I’ve got! One sandwich after opening was looking like someone’s leftover food. And the second sandwich had a rotten avocado inside. I don’t understand how someone after looking on it decided to put on my sandwich. It’s a joke.

I had high expectations for the new sandwich shop in town, fueled by the buzz surrounding their supposedly fantastic sandwiches. However, my experience fell short of the hype. The Mama Mia lacked tomato sauce, was disappointingly dry, and had minimal toppings. The CJ Pastrami my wife ordered was another letdown. Despite only three orders ahead of us, the wait time was nearly 20 minutes, and the service felt slow, perhaps due to their newness. Unfortunately, I rather buy a subway sandwich or ikes for the cost they charge and portion you get.

I ordered for the first time using pick up rather than waiting the line. The system was easy to use, food was good, and service was fine. The cookies are a little overcooked and hard but that’s my only complaint. Nice little shop!
