So upon arriving, there was no one waiting in the lobby and my food was ready, but because I know I ordered the family bucks. I know it’s supposed to come in an overall box to hold all the contents but instead they literally had three individual pizza box just out and so when I asked about the outer box, it says if they thought they were surprised like I didn’t know I deserved an actual covering for these items so then the lady goes back and then her manager who was I don’t know 5 feet shorter than she was. The ball guy comes up with his little blue shirt and with his attitude says well if we’re busy then sometimes we forget, but I know that they weren’t busy because the lady just said she came in and the boxes were already out for me so they weren’t even wrapped up so this location is slipping and I guess they feel they can just treat the customers any other way depending on how you look or how they feel as opposed to policy seeing as Zelle pizza, how does a franchise store they should be doing things how other franchisees are moving and not just making things up as they go. The good thing is, they never know who’s coming in their store whether secret Shopper or not they should be treating all customers with respect and value their customers.

My family used to order from this store at least 3-4 times a month. Over the last 6 months- they have managed to mess our simple order up each time! So we quit ordering from them. Fast forward to tonight-they wanted to order from Pizza Hut! And they messed the order up again! Better yet, I called and they refuse to give me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t get! What a rip off! Where else can you go, place an order and only get part of your order and pay full price?! DO NOT ORDER from this store! They are horrible at getting orders correct, and refuse to make it right when they do leave something off! Zero stars! We will never order from this location again! Mario’s and Marco’s will get all our business from now on!

Yesterday I ordered a pizza for myself. When I called, the man who answered the phone was super helpful and I honestly felt as though he was trying to get me the best deal for what I was wanting. He was kind and had patience. I really felt like he cared and had awesome customer service skills. During our conversation, I told him the pizza was for my birthday. Well the pizza came quicker than expected which was awesome. I bring my pizza inside and as I’m going to grab a slice I noticed a sweet message! Thank you so much to the employees here for the birthday wishes! Small things like this can put a huge smile on someone’s face!

Erica knocked it out of the park for us this evening. Helped us customize and create a wonderful pie. I’ve rarely experienced someone go the extra mile like this. You’re entire staff treats us very well but tonight was met with extra care. The personal “Have a good night” written on the box was just the ultimate WoW factor for us. Bravo! Start handing out raises to these employees Pizza Hut. Yes!

Well, that was lame! We ordered pizza on our way to the hotel to get some pizza for dinner. We showed up right at the time it was supposed to be done and guess what? They gave our pizza to another customer. So a customer before us paid for 1 pizza and walked out with 4 pizzas?
The manager was like, “Well, we can cancel the order and you will be reimbursed?” Dumfounded, we responded, we ordered pizza, why would we not want to leave with pizza? Can you remake our pizza?
They all acted like we were the most horrible people in the world to ask them to cook us the pizza we ordered. They obviously did not want to have to make a pizza. It was a pretty bad experience.
No offer on how they can make it better, no apologies, just made us feel bad.
Not very pleased with this experience and wanted whoever the manager is to know. Still rated the pizza a 4 because… Well… It’s Pizza Hut pizza. Yummm…

Is anybody else having trouble with ordering deals in the app or even in their website? I can’t even redeem my points. And this has been going on for a while now. So i know it’s not a website malfunction. I don’t know if it’s only in the Seabrook location, but It’s like they do it on purpose as to not getting anything that is a deal. Then, I switch to ordering from regular menu options and those seems to work just fine. Very suspish.

The hours on the door said opens at 10:00am. At 10:30 they waved me on said come back at 11:00. I went back at 11:05 and again waved me on gesturing to come back in 4 minutes she was putting money in register or something. No apologies at all.
