Exactly what I look for in a diner. Quick service, good food, decent prices. It was a little hot in the restaurant, but otherwise great experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the store was very clean. I only got fries, but I will definitely stop by again to fully explore the menu.

Visited this place for lunch today I love the fast service in the place always hot and fresh cooked. Exactly to my liking. be aware during lunchtime it may get very, very busy.

Update 11/13/2024
– ordered a chicken gyro and received a lamb gyro , no extra lettuce or pickles like I asked. 3/5 this visit

I ate breakfast here while in town for work. The staff were friendly and service was great! I ordered a Greek omelette w toast and coffee. A solid meal for sure, although not as great as some of the diners I’ve been to before.

If you want diner food for a reasonable price this is your place. Nothing fancy but still a good place to dine.

Place is okay even though I really didn’t love the place. It was all very basic coney food.

I ordered a quesadilla with chili on the side. It was about what you’d expect. The quesadilla lacked flavor and the chili was, well, chili.

You have to walk up stairs in order to use the restroom. Keep that in mind.

Overall, this place is a typical coney island. Not much more than that to expect.

We chose this restaurant because it had zero wait, unlike every other breakfast spot in Detroit. Besides our group of three, there were only two other people dining there. Our service could only be described as odd. While our waitress was kind, she seemed to be scatterbrained. Constantly walking away while we were talking to her. Sometimes sitting down next to us in our booth. We could sense an attitude towards the little things, like getting change back from our bill. On to the food, don’t ask for the soup of the day, they don’t have it. The food was so bland we thought we had COVID. On to the atmosphere, the building needs to be straight up condemned. Holes in the wall, stairs to the bathroom crumbling. Seems like they may have had a bug infestation. In its entirety, the experience was odd, slow, and subpar food. Advice, go ahead and survive the wait time. It’s probably worth it.

In and out, fantastic diner. Great prices; 13 with tip for the Woodward melt pita. 20 minutes in and out, exactly what I wanted. Great breakfast/lunch spot.

The wait staff is wonderful and the cook( who I assumes owns it) actually checked on us. The atmosphere in the restaurant felt like I was eating at restaurant back home in Minnesota. The diner felt like an old school diner. I would highly recommend going here for breakfast or brunch.

Nice and clean inside, which is VERY important. Waitresses are friendly and check on you often. I like how fast I get my food while I watch them cook it and enjoy how good it is.
