We enjoyed our visit to Highlands Indian Cuisine. The service was very good, and the food was good as well. It’s one of the better Indian restaurants in the Denver metro area, and we’re glad that such a place exists in the suburbs. Their spice levels are a bit more extreme comparatively, so be cautious when ordering.

I usually go for tikka masala but their Chicken Korma was mind blowing! The cashew sauce was so delicious I was tempted to lick the bowl. I got a heat level of 2 (out of 5) and it had a good kick to it. Even the appetizers, from samosa to veggie pakora, were better than we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try other dishes on the menu!

We live up around Bailey and will drive 45 min to come here when we’re craving Indian food. They have a huge variety of vegetarian and meat options and its the only place I’ve ever seen that has coconut naan and paneer biryani which is one of my favorite dishes. Super friendly staff too, we love this place!

My family has been here multiple times and the food is always terrific. Spicy means Spicy here which is the way I like it. This place has some unique dishes and Chefs specials that other Indian restaurants do not.

This was fantastic Indian food. Service was impeccable; staff were very attentive to all our needs. We were a party of 8 and had a reserved table. All the meals were amazing. Apologies, my pictures are of half-eaten dishes. It was so good we all forgot to take pics. 2 members have dairy allergies and had no problem with the menu. The naan was so fluffy and perfectly prepared. Everyone raves about each dish we all shared. We will be back !!

We had great experience dining here. The owner and all staff were very warm welcoming and helpful. We have special vegetarian dietary requirements and the team prepared super delicious fresh curries and very short notice. We loved it so much that we ordered extra to take away. Visiting here now on every trip to Denver.

The best Indian food I have ever had. One can tell the dishes are prepared with love. It has a “home made” taste, unlike other restaurants. I had the Vegetable Dhaniya for lunch. The naan was freshly made to order and it made a big difference. Their dinner prises might be a little higher than other places’, but their food is extraordinary, authentic and worth it! Even the Masala Chai tea tasted better.

This place is excellent. Their food is delicious and their service is top-notch. I’m unable to eat dairy at the moment and they went above and beyond to accommodate – adjusting the dish I wanted and by giving me special bread and sauce. We loved this place before but now we love it even more! Also, I love the videos they play on their TV’s. The whole place is a special treat.
