Cute environment, coffee was the only thing that was good. I do not recommend their bagels. Didn’t taste fresh, hard and chewy the sandwiches were terrible and so was the breakfast burritos. They use terrible ingredients and it shows. I was really disappointed, cute place. If they worked on their food and taste I would love this place. Potatoes were the best part besides the coffee.

Stopped in for the first time and ordered their special blueberry bagel, toasted with plain schmear. Omg sososo good. This is what a bagel is supposed to be. We will definitely be back.

A little corner of chaos perfect for pre and post Colorado adventure meals. Fresh ingredients and unique coffee options keep this place a locals favorite, although sometimes the morning crowds can be a bit overwhelming for the kitchen (just means a little longer wait, the quality is always A+). Even with the challenges, staff is grinding through with positivity and a want to help. Order online to offset the morning rush wait, and make sure to get the breakfast potatoes. Samwise Gamgee would be proud of such delicious taters. If you’re in the store don’t forget to sign up for their loyalty program! Bagels and good vibes y’all.

These are, by far, the best bagels in town! I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, jam, arugula, and bacon. It was out of this world! I would not be offended if I saw that sandwich on the menu next time…I’d share a photo but I ate it too fast.

The bagels are bomb, but I got a breakfast sandwich with home fries that were pretty bad. The breakfast sandwich had an egg on it that tasted horrible, could barely taste anything else on it, had to take it off and it made it much better. The home fries were incredibly dry, maybe left out too long.

The vegan everything bagel with dairy free cream cheese is amazing!! I also got the vegan earth skillet with arugula. Everything was perfectly seasoned and it was a nice portion. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a lox and bagel to go, which was pretty good but halfway through I realized they had left out the most expensive ingredient: lox. I returned to the restaurant and instead of making it right, we went through an excruciating process. The server returned the bagel to me adjacent to a separate plate of lox so I could “fix it myself.” I then insisted they remake it for me, followed by the manager and chef having an long loud argument in the kitchen. They finally remade it but she asked me to retell the whole story of how the thing transpired before they apologized and acknowledged they had handled this poorly. Thank you to the restaurant for finally conceding and making it right. However in retrospect no one wants to be served by an angry chef, and it would have been less an ordeal to buy the ingredients to make my own at home.

Bagels are not traditional NY. They are smaller, but full of flavor, and a beautiful fluffy texture. Chewy but not too dense. Overall very impressive for fresh, handmade, and wood fire. Atmosphere is very nice, and service is great. Lots of gluten free and vegan options.
