We came here on a Friday night after making reservations earlier in the day. We were looking for soy marinated raw crab and decided to give this place a try since it has reservations and Crab House on Vermont doesn’t. I honestly have to say I’m so glad I found this place, hidden gem in LA. The crab was delicious but what really made it was the perfectly cooked rice that has fish roe, sesame oil, and seaweed salad on it! We also ordered seafood pancakes, and the braised short ribs. This was so much food for the 3 of us as all the side dishes were amazing too! You get steamed egg and cheese corn as side dishes as well. I really meant it when I said hidden gem.

I am from out of state. I went to various restaurants here while visitinf but this place takes the cake as being best and memorable! The auntie that runs the restaurant cooks everything herself. Please be patient if she is alone because her family like demeanor and cooking will make it ever worth so while! Shes was also very generous with side dishes(banchan) and was honest about portion control(some places just wanna sell you a lot so they make more $$$). If you re ever in the area and want some great Korean seafood specialty dishes, I highly recommemd you check this place out! Only challenge is parking :/

Second visited store. The boss is always kind. Octopus braised ribs and Agu steamed in order to eat. This is the most delicious. The side dish also comes with seasoned crab. It’s recommended to try Korean fried rice because it’s all cooked and fried rice.

It is one of the oldest and most authentic Korean crabs and seafood joints that I’ve been going for over 20 years. What more can you ask? The waitress is exactly the same as 20 years ago and should tell you it’s a good restaurant. The OG owner used to cook, but due to her health, her brother is cooking, and it’s exactly the same. Make sure you bring cash instead of credit card. You can get some discount ^_^

Authentic Korean Seafood restaurant served in steamed & simmering cooked. Spicy foods are soooo good. Popular Korean “BanChan”, (Side Dishes) on the house are fulfilling tasty. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants spicy Korean seafood.

My wife and I absolutely loved the soy sauce marinated crab. It came with many delicious side dishes and rice. Their hotpot was also good but a little expensive for what we got.
