When you ask my dad how he makes something it always starts like this: First you have to go to the supermarket and buy some beef. Then you shlep it from your car into the kitchen, and put it on the counter, then you have to prepare it. Make it nice. Ok, so it isn’t quite like that anymore. Now we have someone else schlep it from the car to the kitchen. We still prepare it as always and make it as nice as can be. Our mission is to provide you with delicious food and excellent service. From our pastrami to our baklava this is real food and real ingredients. You can taste it in every bite of carrot cake.

Low-key deli/restaurant with classics like pastrami sandwiches & latkes, plus a dog-friendly patio.

Excellent brisket, pastrami, and corned beef.. we ordered the Wow sandwich and got to sample all of them, piled high on many slices of rye. And we got the disco fries on the side. The owner (who is not Wolfie, but Wolfie’s mom) came out to compliment us on a great order. Sweet D, our waiter, was so quick and personable. We’ll definitely be back on the next visit to Warwick!

It seems that traditional delicatessens are gone from Manhattan, and it’s a huge loss.

My daughter and I stopped in to Wolfies for lunch. Nice atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor seating. The menu has many great choices. My brisket sandwich was delicious as was my daughter chili burger. Staff was very pleasant. Definitely going back!

I’ve been before and enjoyed. This time not so much. The turkey in the Rachel sandwich tasted foul (pardon the pun). Didn’t have the Russian dressing in the sandwich…waitress was slow…not present most times. No silver or napkins or straws.. couldn’t pay with credit card unless tip was added on entire bill before running card and bill was being split/shared. Not a good experience overall. The outdoor seating out back was nice.

Okay, I am only giving Wolfies a 4 star because I love the name and the small diner was very cute. However, the food was okay. I never say food is bad, but it definitely could have been better but then again maybe it was just that day and leaning towards the end of day. I had the French toast which was decent, pretty standard French toast. I also had a side of potatoes which weren’t my favorite, along with sharing Potato Latkes which tasted pretty good with the sauce they served. The bestie had a pattie melt of some sort I believe it was okay, overall the food could have been better. As far as service it was…interesting to say the least. I couldn’t really tell the waitresses vibe but she stared really hard lol. I don’t know if it was different seeing someone who’s clearly not a local , or my creepy Ozzy Osborne shirt, but she was definitely curious enough to almost make the experience uncomfortable. Good music taste though, Bruce Springsteen . An interesting dinning experience , might give a second chance if there is something else on the menu that they serve better.

The brisket sandwich was messy and full of flavor. The sweet potato fries were good but a bit too crunchy for my taste. We had a fun time eating outside. Our waitress was fantastic!

Wish ,I never walked in. Waited 45 minutes for lunch, our server was irritated when we asked when our food would arrive . Manager told us the wait was due to the rubber duck races that they had in town, there were more people in town then normal. “I mean really ” … The food finally came and we received what they called a brisket sandwich it was more like steak ums .. the other miniature sandwich was what they called a chicken cheese hero . It was breaded chicken patties and cold Kraft cheese slices minus the plastic wrap ,with romaine rind on top plus about eight mini french fries and a shot cup of coleslaw. For each sandwich we were charged $18.95 , plus drinks and they had the nerve to include a suggested tip percentage chart. The total lunch came out to $50 dollars . Terrible meal experience very over priced and overated. Would not recommend unless you have time to burn and like over paying for sub par food. Never again !!!! Would not recommend to friend or foe.

This was literally the best breakfast I have had in memory. I got the corned beef omelet and shared the disco fries. Our server was extremely pleasant and attentive. I will be driving out of my way to come here in the future
