Waited in line for over 30 minutes for absolute slop. Disgusting. Fries covered with some kind of black spots. The burgers were dripping with grease and condiments coming out of the wrappers. Absolutely disgusting

I frequent this location during the morning shift. All of the staff are professional and cordial. The customer service experience keeps me coming back. My food is fresh, hot, and ready to go. There is rarely a line and when there is it moves quickly. I wish they sold French fries for breakfast . I appreciate the positive energy first thing in the morning. I came in the last half hour of breakfast on a Thursday. Was greeted right away and offered to place my order if I was ready, even though she was busy with another task. My food was out fast, fresh, hot and on a tray (ordered for here and some places bag it anyway). Everything was really clean and stocked too. Great service, food and atmosphere!

The food is ok. It was for my father who has cancer and his favorite thing to eat and only thing I ever see him finish is the jr whopper. The gentleman who waited on me was wonderful. But the place needs a facelift and a cleaning service. If not for that I would have give 5 stars

I only ordered a Whopper with fries for me and my mother, but it was as good as I remembered from my childhood. Also, the ladies who took and delivered my order were very kind and friendly.

They gave me and my GF no cheese and didnt give her any onion rings or custom orders for the whopper. On top of that the drive thru staff at 2pm on Friday at 1/30/25 were extremely lazy and inconsiderate. Go to another location or reconsider your options for fast food. Unacceptable.

I enjoyed Big fish sandwich (not the fries) which customized on the app which was made as requested. I also felt that bread or the bun was bit dry and not fresh. OH the French fries were very cold which I threw away. As we took it from drive thru and opened bad while driving didn’t feel like going back.

This can be a busy place at lunch time. Friendly crew, on top of orders, good customer service on drive through and over the counter orders. Bathroom however needs routine check to make sure paper towel dispensers work, and trash cans not full.

On October 25, 2024, my family and I went to this specific Burger King location. We requested a fresh Whopper and did not mind waiting. The plan was to start eating the meal once we got to the exit (we were heading to Philadelphia). When unwrapping the meal we noticed a lot of mayonnaise coming out the sandwiches. Whoever prepared this sandwich was very disrespectful in the preparation (see the image).
