Chicken tenders were so thin and leathery could hardly chew them. The Boneless nuggets were better. The rice was the best thing . I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was so bad I had to. $113 worth of food that no one could eat . The photo of the chicken tender was one of the biggest ones in an order of 21 pieces but still leathery .

I really don’t know what happened to this restaurant cause they used to be good. But the last 3 times my food has been horrible. I always get wings and the first couple times I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this 3rd time I was over it. My wings were horrible they are overcooked and no sauce whatsoever. Tried calling them before I left this review, but their phone is going straight to voicemail. I will not be eating here again. $50 down the drain.

Tried to call and place an order for 10min. Finally went to the location and was calling as I walked into the building and was hearing the phone ringing. I placed my order and asked the cashier why they were not answering the phones. She said they were not working. I explained that it was me calling it when I walked in. While I was waiting for my order I called their number again and they took it off the hook because it went straight to the voicemail message. I called it 3 times while I was waiting. Poor customer service. If you don’t want to take phone orders then you should be in business. I know they don’t care what is posted about them and the cashier showed that when I told her I was calling the phone when I walked in. Food is good as always but show a little care for your customers and answer the phones.

Unsanitary. My wife witnessed a worker touching her shoes, hair, and suck sauce off her finger while preparing trays. She requested her to wash her hands or before fixing our food or refund her money. She gave her an attitude and said, “how about I just don’t fix your food.”

Customer service was nice (and one was training another on cashier).. but I asked for deluxe chicken sandwich twice then she pointed to classic with combo I said yes but “deluxe the one with lettuce”
I did not get lettuce or tomatos ? And it’s not on receipt so I luckily did not pay for it and my chicken was not as pictured at all (I understand nothing is as pictured but nothing like it)and thin thin I mean thin like the pickle I was disappointed. I ordered the Ranch Dry rub wings and got some plain fried wings and ranch dressing and was told this way was easier for the cooks. I was so deeply disappointed since I get that flavor at other locations and it is sooo good! Take it off the menu if you won’t make it right

Food was not what I ordered… the online receipt i provided upon my return even showed what I ordered… I spent 90 bucks on food.. ordered chicken fried rice with 3 plates… got chicken and rice no veggies. I returned to just simply ask for my veggies or rice to be remade I was told the had to ask the owner who in turn only would “authorize” them to redo one plate. Get my second plate and I dont have the extra sauce I paid for. And had to wait again for sauce. The whole experience will never happen again, bc I will not be a return customer.. **vip profile deleted.

Trash .. spent $30 on 2 plates an only ate 2 wings .. i ordered extra wet wing all flats an i couldn’t even eat one like how is the skin tough? I feel like they gave me some wings they made 4 days ago i just ate the fries .. yall save ya money an go somewhere else
