We were stopping to get gas and were feeling peckish. We ordered three of their standard breakfast sandwich that has egg, cheese, choice of meat and choice of bagel. We also ordered a cappuccino.
The prices are the menu assume you’re paying cash otherwise it’s a 4% surcharge. They have a sign but that feels a little predatory. Their POS system went down while we were there but the ladies had good spirits and helped solve the issue.
Overall, I’d come back again. Fair prices and good quality.

Almost no cream cheese. Charged us double for extra cream cheese but still gave us almost none. My plain bagel taste like multiple different flavors and my plain cream cheese has multiple onions in it.

My brother and I came in for breakfast on 5/3/2025. One of our sandwiches was not made how we expected and the staff were awesome and made me a new one. All the staff were polite and friendly. We come in every time we come in town. It’s our favorite place to stop for an affordable breakfast.

We travel to Petoskey for monthly visit to get medical attention for my eyes. Never had a bad experience until yesterday June 26th when the woman at the counter treated me like and inconvenience for buying 4 cupcakes to bring home to my family. She was ignorant to my sister and I and shoved my cupcakes in the box which in turn ruined their appearance.
As much as I told everyone in the upper peninsula how great they were I will now have to let them know that im embarrassed to even send them to a place where they will be treated as such.
Unfortunately we will not be returning after months of going there. Don’t get me wrong their food is amazing, but the customer service we received yesterday was uncalled for in every way possible. I work in customer service myself since I was 14 years old and now am in my 40s. It was appalling to be treated with disrespect in such a way for wanting to buy 4 cupcakes. With the dirty looks and rude demeanor from her and how she treated other customers behind me will be the reason that many travelers will give negative feedback and choose to go elsewhere. Why go someplace where you feel unwelcome and less of a person with everything going on in this world.

Have been here a few times and each time we stop we notice something different. The store isn’t clean, all front counters and display cases look like they haven’t been wiped down in weeks. The display case with muffins had 3+ gnats flying around and empty dirty trays from the day(s) before (walked in right at open, no reason for dirty trays). They use the same knife to cut all the bagels, so you end up with different flavored cream cheese on your bagel than what you ordered. The kid working register was replying to texts the whole time we ordered.
All these things are super easy fixes and hopefully management realizes that and implements some things to fix these easy issues.
