This is a new location and I must share that the few visits I have had here have been enjoyable. It starts with the highly engaged and friendly staff and the quality of the food is great all with a clinical clean establishment.

Grabbed a lunch sub. Quick and attentive staff behind counter. Professional and courteous to say the least. $12 for a 7.5″ sub + drink + small bag of chips seems on the high end to me. The classic sub from the menu was okay. I was dazzled or won over by its taste. I guess I was expecting more flavor in the sandwich. Not horribly dissatisfied, but not really seeing a good reason to return either.
