Starbucks is always a must in my household, this particular Starbucks usually has a long line for the drive thru, But if I order in the app and pick up inside the service is much faster. The flavor of the drinks varies a lot at this branch. I guess it depends on who makes the drinks on the day you order. Hot or miss for flavor and quality drinks.

Stopped by for a quick caffeinated pick-me-up and to redeem a gift card. The shop was clean, and the customer service was excellent! This Starbucks is relatively new and even has a convenient drive-thru. Located in the same shopping center as Sprouts, it made for a great overall experience!

I like how they do birthday drinks, come in and get it for free. I ordered a speciality drink but I got it, they forgot the inclusions. They were nice enough to add them in, when I told them they forgot as I picked my drink up.

This store prioritizes drive thru drinks & does not take into account the time mobile orders were placed. Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 8 minutes before arriving to store. This is the second time but unfortunately this is the only Starbucks on my way to work.

I feel like Starbucks is getting to the point where they are popping up within a mile of a each other, but I can’t complain when they have been a reliable source for my caffeine and snack needs. This location is still getting itself together, but I do like the amount of seating in the cafe, along with the community table near the front counter. The one thing I wish they had are those comfy lounge chairs because those chairs are great to sit on when you’re enjoying your coffee and a book you may be reading. In terms of service, their baristas were quick to greet and ready to take my order as soon as I got to the front counter. They had my cold brew and wrap ready in 3 minutes or less. No need to drive down to the Frederick/Sunnymead location where it feels more congested with all the surrounding shops and restaurants. This location is conveniently located in the Sprouts parking lot. I look forward to coming back because of their friendliness, the distance from my work, and parking situation.

Coffee was watery and they did not honor the refill system. I placed a mobile order and, after 9 minutes, it said that it was ready. I walked up and they had not even started on it yet, they just passed it through the system.

Everyone there is so nice I’ve been there more than a few times and at different shifts. Everyone makes you feel like a friend. I know with customer service you have some rude people and I think the ability to still have a smile and keep moving forward is amazing. If I could 1,000,000 stars . Keep up the good work and have a great shift you guys got this.
