I love papa John’s and i have never experienced anything as disrespectful the way the GM talked to his delivery driver about me before I wish I could have gotten the GM name because I believe that is who was using the profanity while over the phone with the delivery driver. Tried to charge me while delivering the pizza for delivery when I got the free delivery for a deal that was on the website and stated they didn’t know anything about free delivery. So I just wish no one has to experience the rudeness I encountered. Like I said I love their pizza but will never order from the Eastside papa johns again.

Ordered some pizza for the kids for the day and upon arrival was not satisfied with the person at the front desk. ZACK was rude upon arrival and just demanded the name of my order. After getting pushed my pizza from across the desk, I asked for cheese and pepper, and was not surprised when he tossed the condiments towards me. Pizza is always delicious from Papa Johns, but the Customer Service definitely needs work. Killed the mood for the evening.

When calling to express with the manger I stay 3 mins away why is my pizza over cooked or cold. She seems to get a little rude at times however I have a kid to feed and a business to run I was hoping for her to have a heart . But instead she got sarcastic and expressed this is happens frequent I will tell my staff to undercook your pizza. Idk what planet she’s from but an uncooked pizza is not edible or healthy or Taste pleasant. Don’t understand why she responded that way but clearly she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t be professional without insulting a customer who’s giving you a chance multiple times to correct the mistakes. With her reply I don’t trust her remaking my pizza for my child has to eat. And this world in the fast food industry have people who will do things to your food. Calling corporate on this one. The back of the pizza was over cooked or sitting very hard and rubbery the top surely fooled us.

I love pizza from Papa John’s. The pizza is fresh and delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I especially love how they make the pizzas very quick, it takes 10 to 15 minutes.
