To start, I’ve been eating KFC since the late 1960’s, original recipe. The taste and service has greatly gone downhill over the years. I’ve given the West Union location numerous attempts to get it right. It’s strictly a hit or miss with the Original Recipe with an 80% miss. The Chicken is many times left over from the day before !!. And where is the Owner of this store ???!!!. It used to be an owner spent the majority of his time working and overseeing operations, not anymore, it appears they couldn’t care less. If your lucky enough to even get a response to a review, it’s a “Carbon Copy Response”, “Were Sorry”, without action to improve. If I was the Owner I’d be Ashamed and Embarrased to be seen. If Col. Sanders knew what they’ve done to his “Famous Original Recipe”, he’d roll over in his grave, RIP. The owner needs to ACTUALLY be present and work and oversee his store operations and stop being ALOOF !!! It’s truly sad and disgusting !!!!!!!…..let’s see what kind of response is received, if any, other than a Word Salad, excuses and NO CORRECTIVE ACTION !!!!!!!…In addition, I cannot believe Corporate allows this to continue !!!.. I’m waiting !!!…..

Ordered a sandwich, kids meal and two sides. They forgot the sandwich, and drink for the kids meal. When I went back, less than 5 minutes later, they told me they needed the bags back to check to see if the stuff I was missing was in it. My kids already had their food, but the restaurant insisted that I had everything so I couldn’t have the things I was missing. After giving me the sandwich, that wasn’t how I ordered it, I just left.
Complete lost cause & last time I checked, food wasn’t supposed to be handed back into a drive through window after it’s handed out.

Paid for a 12 piece was given 9. Sides not filled. Extra crispy was wanted they took our payment and then proceeded to tell us that it will be 25 mins instead of letting us know so we could decided if we wanted to wait or cancel our order. So many other issues. Don’t go here! Not worth the $70. It was nasty (food) and the service was horrible.

I went in during lunch to get two meals to go for me and my father to go. My order was taken by some Haitian guy I’m guessing from his accent. And he took off to the back without taking my payment so I waited at the register. 4 min later he is telling me take my food and I had to remind him to take my payment. After gettingy food I went to my car and remembered that my father wanted something sweet so I reentered to purchase some cinnamon delights. And nice young girl tooky order and was very nice. I waited for about 4 min and the same gentleman that forgot my payment earlier that I nicely reminded him of came to tell me they are out and don’t have any. Then acted as if I was supposed to leave. I asked him for my money back and he stated he doesn’t have time for this and made a scene in front of other customers. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

I took myself and my 2 grandchildren there 8/9/24 around 3 o’clock. The man that was taking our order was very rude and disrespectful to me because he got our order wrong. Even was rasing his voice . Because he wAs trying to impress some teenage girls. I’ll never go there again. The food was wrong and the chicken wasn’t even eatable. He didn’t even know what I ordered and was coloring at me. He was an African man from nielgeria. I couldn’t under stand him. And he basically ignored me and was very disrespectful.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. They close up the fryers up to 2hrs early almost every single day. They are constantly running out of chicken. Employees are Rude and seem like they do not want to be there nor help in any way. I’ve the last couple of months I’ve gone to this location 4 separate times and each time I went they claimed they were out of chicken due to clean up of the fryer and putting being done frying for the evening.
