I just wanted to praise the young woman named Simone that was working the counter by herself on a extremely busy Friday night….the restaurant was full of customers, Uber eat drivers and the phone was ringing off the hook. As costumers were becoming impatient and some were rude, Simone handled the situation with a professional attitude and grace. She stayed calm, polite and kept a smile on her face as she offered apologies to everyone having to wait regardless of how they were treating her. She deserves a raise!! Nowadays good customer service is practically nonexistent, it’s was nice to see there are still some people with good work ethics.

I usually get their burgers. The burgers there are on point and made cook to order. Atmosphere is inviting the place is nice. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and when I tell u it tasted like day old steak it was like it had been previously cooked but warmed up. I’m not writing to discredit or down talk the restaurant. I’m only suggesting if u order make sure u emphasize u want it fresh and take a bite before u leave. That way if there any issues they can remake it for you. Once I left I was stuck with a not so tasty experience.

WMB Factory deserves a shoutout! I was honestly amazed by the level of customer service. I believe her name is Jess (the manager) and when I tell you her personality and energy are TOP TIER — I mean that. It’s been a long time since I felt the need to write a positive review, because you expect basic customer service… but this was beyond that. Jess made me know I was coming back before I even tasted the food, just off her vibe alone. 10/10 — and a huge thank you to Jess for making the experience so welcoming!

Ridiculous called 7:23 to place and order and was told 15-20 minutes. I came in late because I know they take more like 40 minutes. Came in 8:10 to be told 20 minute wait more. Ok I waited. Came back in 8:25 and was told again 20 minutes. I told the lady I was just told that and I was coming back in from my first pickup try 20 minutes ago. She said the cooks are trying only their best when I saw them being extra slow and on their phones. Told her I might need a refund if it’s not ready then for her to say “well we’ll have to call the owner then”. She did offer 20% for future order. But over an hour wait is ridiculous.

Very good food. This location has issues. Cooks think they run the place. They are terribly slow. If you like post-it notes, this is your place. They have them everywhere. This place could use some management. The Mirror Lake location is a great location.

Very disappointed I ordered my food at 7:23 and waited for over an hour to get my food and all I ordered was two 12 piece wing combos I’ve worked in the wing industry it don’t take over an hour 35 mins at most and that’s for extra Crispy fresh wing! Cashier was very rude and I wasn’t the only one who waited over an hour either I was doing a trial run to Order to see the wings so I could see about ordering wings for the Super Bowl this this completely failed
They said it was a new cook so if that’s the case did yall throw him on the wing station day one alone? They messed up my order I ordered 12 wings each and put two flavors on the to try them once again to do test runs for Super Bowl and they said they didn’t notice that it wasn’t all the same I finally got my order at 8:38

The boneless wings are barely the size of popcorn chicken. We ordered 30 and it was barely enough for one regular size person. If they’re going to try to pass off popcorn chicken as boneless wings, they should at least have a buy one get one deal. Waste of money. There are 5 “boneless wings” in the photo.
