Went in with my two boys. Two of us ordered the big Philly and one ordered the regular Philly. Paid $4 each for the extra meat, $8 total on the bill. Got home and all three were the same, tiny. I’ll just go to American Deli from now on.

WNB Factory was wing restaurant that was recommended for me to try. The location on Cobb Pkwy in Acworth is the location this rating applies to as this is my first time customer at any of the locations. NOT A GOOD FIRST EXPERIENCE! The rice was burnt and dry and the honey lemon pepper chicken was lacking the honey lemon pepper and was dry.

My bread was stale. Meat was sitting on ONE end of the bread. I asked for lettuce and tomato on side I had too go back in too get that still only gave me tomato no lettuce. I asked for mushrooms & there was NO mushrooms. HORRIBLE!!

The food is absolutely amazing! I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger with fries & honey garlic wings with fried rice. Not only is the food delicious but the portions are quite large too. The staff is super friendly as well. Will be back soon!

Husband and I were excited to try this place out. However when we arrived the only worker was watching tv and was annoyed we interrupted. He became more annoyed that we didn’t immediately know what we wanted. I ended up ordering a chicken cheesesteak with fries and hubby ordered a bbq chicken sandwich with fries. The food was ok, but the service was extremely poor. We ordered three milkshakes. We ordered three milkshakes at about 6:50 PM. The guy didn’t get us our milkshakes until after 7:30 PM. We waited in the store the whole time. The milkshakes had obviously been ready for a while before he gave them to us because they were severely melted. Just poor service.

Great customer service! The cheesesteak was unimpressive and dry but the fries, onion rings and peach drink were great. Nice little spot. Very clean and again great customer service. The young lady at the counter is very responsive and has great customer service skills. Will definitely come back and try another option.
