Been here 3 times or so and its been great each time. Never had we had a bad experience, so far. Atmosphere was chilled, lots of to go orders, not alot dinning in, which we like. Love the shakes and fries, wings pretty damn good and only once did I send my burger back and got a new one the way I wanted it. Staff were super kind and place was clean.

Rude Staff & Poor Management
This location clearly lacks basic customer service standards. When I attempted to respectfully address the rude behavior of a staff member, the manager immediately became defensive and unnecessarily escalated the situation by threatening to involve the police — over a simple conversation about professionalism.
It’s disappointing to see management react this way instead of taking accountability and correcting their team. Restaurants should not be run by individuals who lack maturity and conflict-resolution skills. Attached is a photo of the employee who demonstrated this unprofessional behavior.

Food is always well portioned and the wings are always well sauced (no dry spots) Literally the only times I haven’t gotten PERFECT service has been during the superbowl when everyone is slammed. If there’s ever a problem they show you your order in the restaurant and will fix it for you. Staff is great one of my favorite local wing places. Love the fried okra!

I have been to different WNB Factories in the past and I had never had a bad experience until this one. Unfortunately they are all located pretty far away from me which is why I ended up going to this location. The actual location of the restaurant was fine, however my food was awful. I ordered dry rub lemon pepper, honey garlic and honey lemon pepper. The dry rub lemon pepper had absolutely no flavor. They tasted like fried chicken wings with no flavor whatsoever, barely even a hint of lemon pepper. The other flavors, sauces, were a little better but still lacking what other locations offered. Unfortunately for me, the dry rub lemon pepper is my favorite flavor so most of this meal was inedible for me. I ordered bone-in wings and some of the “wings” I got were barely big enough to even be considered wings. One of mainly a blob of fried food with a tiny bit of chicken inside and it was 1/4 size of some of the other wings. Also, this location was about 20 minutes away from where I lived so it wasn’t convenient to go back and get a redo order. Maybe I just came on a bad day but as a first impression I cannot say I will be coming back in the future.

Great wings and Philly steak subs haven’t tried the burger but by the taste of the wings and the Philly steak they have to be on point this place is on point. Oh and the chicken sandwich was delicious. More chicken and more pickle than you get at Chick-fil-A

Update… The Rice & Chicken Combo is worth every penny. I added shrimp to my rice & it was amazing.
**UPDATE** Had to change from 5-stars to 2-stars. The chicken sandwich called “Not Closed on Sunday”, is actually a small chicken “strip sandwich”. I would’ve given 1-star, but the chicken “strip” sandwich was good. Maybe you guys should put at least 3 of those little chicken strips on the sandwich. Or maybe i just came on a bad day. The menu picture is VERY MISLEADING..And i was very disappointed when I received my sandwich.

Traveling from Tennessee and decided to give this place a try. And I’m so glad we did. We split an onion burger, carolina gold wings, fries, and an egg roll. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly, and overflowing with flavor. So refreshing! We got extra sauces, and the garlic honey was amazing. Great tasting ranch and a huge sauce variety. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER WINGS FROM HERE. I asked them to remake my lemon pepper wings because they were not cooked properly. They had put some sort of lemon flavoring and it was nasty. I asked them to make me some more wings in a different flavor, they took my same wings that I spit out and re-tossed them in the different flavor which made the taste worst. The previous visit I was not able to get them to cook french fries properly. FRENCH FRIES. The cashier was so helpless because of her language barrier but the kitchen staff knew better and they refused to recook my food knowing they were not cooked to order. They mixed four different flavors because they didn’t want to recook them. This has been the worst experience EVER! Im MAD AS HELL. Now Im being told I can’t get cash back to get more food. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. They need to be shut down.

WnB Factory seems to be going for the same “everything menu” vibe that American Deli offers, but thankfully they do it so much better. Ive only ever ordered the wings, which have been cook-to-order each time, and there are a wide range of sauces to choose from. I’ve also tried a bite of a chicken sandwich and a burger from my girlfriend’s plate, and both were great. Prices aren’t way out of proportion for combos, and they have Coke Freestyle which is always a plus.
This time around, I ordered the 8 piece bone-in wings combo with hot teriyaki sauce. The fries were a little cold by the time I got back to the office (only a 5 minute drive) but wings were hot and fresh. The fry seasoning sitting by the register definitely makes the fries much better, I would recommend using it as they normally come without any seasoning.
Other than the fries this time around, my only real complaint is that I do wish they had a mobile app so that I’m not forced to order through either a delivery service or a browser.
