We new they would be busy so we ordered ahead, put the order at NOON and scheduled the food for 4:45. Got there at 4:45, was told it would be 30 more minutes, 2 HOURS LATER we got our food. And it was COLD. They need to hire people that have at the least basic customer service skills and time management.

Gone various times! We love wingstop. We notice they don’t wear gloves ever, I was waiting for the bathroom, I heard a flush and the person instantly came out. It was an employee, she didn’t wash her hands. A lot of the employees here don’t physically seem to have good hygiene and look presentable.

Meh at best. Had to wait a while while the cashier spoke with someone on the phone, then at a 20 min wait for just 10 wings and fries. The location was not excessively busy. Wings were okay but not sauced consistently. Had a boneless wing that appeared to have woody chicken syndrome that stopped me from eating the rest of my meal. Won’t be returning to this location.

The location in Pasco is dirty and chaotic. There seems to be nobody in charge staff seems young. When we first got there the line was to the door and there was no one cashiering. Seems like online orders are taking a lot of the staffs time. Nobody bussed tables while we were there. Customers that were trying to find seating brought up multiple trays from previous patrons to the front area to get disposed of. Tables weren’t being wiped down. I do like Wingstop but probably won’t be back for a while. Also,give yourself enough time for ordering they are not able to get out food quickly think 45 minute wait.

I usually love going to Wingstop, but after this experience I’m never visiting the pasco branch again. I just ordered Louisiana rub wings online (which are my favorite) and this is genuinely the worst order of wings I’ve ever had. The order was out twenty minutes later than the latest predicted pickup time, and there was NO RUB on my wings. The wings were also much soggier than usual. It was awful and really disappointing, I’m never getting wings here again.

I try and always give them the benefit of the doubt instead of going all the way to Richland and every time I do, it’s such a disappointment. I literally ordered some garlic Parmesan ones and they look just like a plain McDonald’s nugget soaked in butter they need to do better. That’s crazy. There’s more skin than potato on my fries. Wingstop so disappointed in you guys. We use to come to you for every party/business/sports event but not anymore. You guys are so disrespectful for giving us wings with literally just skin on it and no meat. Also your employees couldn’t find our order when we got there and questioned us if we actually placed the order and being hostile like we made the mistake by placing the order at the wrong location. Then we showed them the confirmation number and then they had to look back and then they magically found it ready. Idk who’s in charge of online orders but this is not the first time this has happened at this location or at the other Wingstop locations. This is just a paragraph of what I’m going to send to your corporate office. I’ll never order from you guys again I’ve gave you guys so many chances. You guys call me after a review, offer me a discount for the next time and that you’ll do better but it’s the same bullshit like today. Call me if you guys need advise on customer service or your hiring process.

Guess what “flavor” of wing this is… literally NO seasoning. Total waste of money. This is the 3rd time Wingstop in west Pasco has got me like this. From now on I’ll just drive to gage. Idk what’s changed in the last few months but apparently they are trying to save money by only adding a sprinkle of seasoning for 20 wings. Disappointment level- 5 stars.

The staff here are AMAZING!! Bdubs could never out-do themselves like this place. We went this prior Saturday; the food was good, staff go above and beyond and the place is always clean.
