Finally checked this place off my list after years of wanting to stop by! I’ve heard great things and they definitely didn’t disappoint. I dropped in on a Friday evening, it’s a smaller spot with limited seating, so it seems like most people do takeout. Even though it was busy, the staff were super friendly and kept everything moving perfectly. I got the regular hoagie and it was delicious; they don’t skimp on the meat and the oil they use is so good. Also, keep an eye out for the fresh cookies at checkout! Definitely my new favorite hoagie spot in the Williamsport area. Looking forward to going back and trying some of their hot hoagies and cosmos.

I randomly came across the owner during a Facebook marketplace interaction and it was not her that we spoke to even though staff assured us it was. She was extremely apologetic for the issue and gave us a gift card to compensate. I did appreciate the way she addressed the problem and will go here again because of that.
Can only comment on the service since we never received our food. We ordered online and placed an order through their own website at 4:02 when they opened at 4. Said the order would be ready at 4:45 so that’s when my husband got there. When he arrived they said they never got the online order and weren’t able to log into it at first to even see what the food was. Finally got in and told my husband it would be 30+ min for our food to be made. He asked why so long couldn’t they just start it now and the lady replied that they were busy and she always had a lot of orders she was working on…. Nevermind that ours should have already been one of them! No apology, no sincerity – just annoyed asking if we still wanted it or not. I told him to just get a refund and we would get something else. One hr later the charge is still on my card so he had called to see if the refund was processed since we had no way of knowing if it was or not. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and stated they didn’t do it because “they’re busy” and she will “get to it eventually”. I heard the way she spoke when my husband asked her politely to process it now. She told him no and she would do it later. He said “if you don’t return the money that is theft as we never got the items and she laughed and said it’s not theft and said “goodbye”. Called again another hour later and the refund still not processed. If I don’t see the money I guess I’ll have to file a report with my credit card, the police, and the BBB cause that’ is a WILD way to treat someone when your system is the one who made the mistake! Rude. Unprofessional. Always have an attitude like they hate their job because they are busy. Not worth the trouble.

Been gone for 9 years, just moved back to Williamsport and this place hasn’t changed! The cheese steaks are still the BEST in town. The 3 ladies working are amazing, I wish I could have tipped you more!

I’ve been waiting to eat here and it was wonderful! A thriving business that has many orders and is efficient about making them. The food was great. The whole sub was in my estimation two subs. Tasty and made to my requirements. We enjoyed the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Looking forward to coming back

My two daughters and I each got a cheese steak from here. We drove up from Virginia to NY. We all agreed they were DELICIOUS! Probably one of the best I’ve had! The employees were fantastic. They were very friendly. Definitely recommend ❤️

Oh my Lordy be! Go get one! I had a basic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and it was so scrumptious! The texture and taste of the meat was perfection! And don’t even get me started with the bread! Soft and fresh and not too filling! If I’m ever traveling in the area again I will definitely go back!

This place is legendary, authentic and delicious. The best hoagie shop in Williamsport and far beyond! Cheesesteaks, cosmos and Sherry’s red peppers are must haves. Don’t go too crazy with the pepper relish, it is hot!

We placed an order online. Went to pick it up and I was told they never saw it. They refused to make the food because they had already cleaned up for the night. The order was placed at 6:54 and went to get it at 7:25pm (10 minutes earlier than scheduled). They are open till 8pm. They couldn’t have cared less. Said the new owner “has it set up this way”
