This was a very enjoyable place to eat and quite affordable for the amount of food we got. My husband and I got the meal for 2 which included 15 wings, large.fries and 2 drinks. We also got some deep fried.corn on the side which had a Cuban flavoring which was super yummy! The wing flavors we tried were the mango habanero and the lemon pepper. I feel like it paired perfectly together because one was sweet and spicy and the other was sour and salty.

I absolutely love the place. The people here are extremely nice and I really enjoyed the service. They were friendly and helpful. They told us everything we needed and the atmosphere is awesome. I love the new music that they play here and it has a very nice small sports bar type of field. It’s nice and warm and homey. I would definitely highly recommend Wingstop as it is a good and affordable place. I will definitely make sure to come here again and for some more food. They’re voodoo fries are absolutely fantastic, but you definitely need to have something sweet to drink to enjoy it with.

I ordered a 10 piece bone in Chicken wings ordered and wanted 1 sauce flavor on the side. Keep in mind I get to choose two flavors for this order. The system does not allow for specific instructions like that so I order naked, then ask for the sauce in the side when I get there. When I got there and explained the situation.l, I was told I had to pay for the sauce. I said this is inconvenient. What happened to customer service? Apparently I need to order them with the sauce I want and then call in to tell the staff or manager to put the sauce on the side. That additional step is not ideal for both parties, specially on a busy weekend. Wingstop you have lost a loyal customer of 13 yrs.

I highly recommend the Westwood Village Wingstop location, which has great service, excellent pricing, and wings that hit the spot! We have gotten take out from this location numerous times in the past three months, including a few times in January 2025. As for service, what strikes me is that every time I enter this location for pickup, the staff always welcomes me from behind the counter, and they are super nice after I ask for my pickup order at the counter, even if the restaurant is really busy. In fact, I find their customer service more welcoming and friendly than other fast food restaurants in the area. As for cleanliness, every time I have entered this location (days and evenings), the restaurant seems clean, even though it can be busy and full of customers. As for the timing of our online pickup orders, I have never waited longer than mentioned online; in fact, our orders have usually been ready earlier than expected. As for the wings, we think that the wings taste great, and the combos meals and specials are an excellent value! We have have tried the fries and a variety of wing sauce flavors, and while we think some sauces taste better than others, the wings and fries always comes out great, which is why we keep getting take out from there. As for the accuracy of our orders, we have never had any errors concerning the number of wings or the flavors; if anything, we have experienced errors in our favor e.g., we got extra wings. I definitely recommend trying Wingstop for some great comfort food

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. The staff were unexpectedly rude and hostile, which made the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the entire brand.
