I ask for 15 pcs combo and they only give me 11pcs so counts your chicken ppl, I’ve had one hour trying to call to place my order I had to drive 10 minutes and do my order in store and still had to wait another hour and a half to get my food and I came in and I call again to see if they answer the phone in which they didn’t and that’s why I am making this review They always give you the fries in this store Cold and without seasoning on your fries I pay for extra ranch and they don’t put it in my bag so Every time you guys come check through guises order before leaving On this Picture shows how they gave me old fry’s and just reheat them

Food safety contamination, please do not eat here for your own safety! Employee spraying degreaser as he cleans a fryer with food in the baskets getting contaminated and the oil in the fryers next it also being contaminated. This is a health code violation! Please don’t eat here for your own safety

Be ready to wait!!! Walked in to no customers inside. Both cashiers were friendly, placed my ordered and paid. Saw a few to go bags waiting for pickup asked how long it would take, I was thinking 15-20 mins. The cashier tells it’s a 55 min wait. Why would you not tell me that before taking my payment??!!! Ridiculously long wait times.

cashier and im delivery driver she give me wrong food and different name on bag she say same food i ask her to change the bag or name she rude on me she say if you don’t take it go out then i call doordash company to report that the doordash call the restaurant and she say in system different and doordash different she lie to doordash also then that customer comes to restaurant picked the food that one i told her wrong name after that the doordash cancel the order and i ask the cashier the name she refused and i ask the manager he refused and the cashier she laugh and told me go out, im ask the weingstop restaurant that right from cashier??? I need answers on my complaint

I would give zero stars to the location on s if I could. Time and time again I give them another chance but every time order the lemon pepper wing they are either dry or way over cooked. This food is expensive I almost spent close to 40$ for some burnt wings and burnt bread and they didnt put butter on top like they are advertised.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered from here twice via DoorDash (I don’t know why the 47th location isn’t an option to deliver when I live down the street). Both times the wings were cold, undercooked and the fries were undercooked, soggy and cold as well. I don’t know why y’all are still in business, but cook your wings right. It’s not rocket science bruh.

I ordered online and it said it’ll be ready in 43 minutes. I get there to pick up my order and they said it was an additional 20 minutes . An hour passed and went to ask and said it wasn’t ready . I asked for a refund because it was more than an hour wait and they refused to give me a refund . This employee, white male , mustache, green eyes was very rude to me and told me if I didn’t want to wait longer to leave and would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to a manager and he handled the situation very odd and let the white guy speak rudely to me and sided on his side to not give me a refund. I asked for their names and they refused to tell me , and i said I was gonna call whoever is in charge of that location and they both answered” they’re not gonna do anything about it .“ I doubt that guy was the manager because if he really was he wouldn’t of handle the situation like he did . Or let the other guy speak to me like he did. This location in Palmdale has terrible customer service , I’ve witnessed that the employees joke around and play around too much while working on orders. This is why they get so behind on orders. This happened on 8/28/22. I wasn’t the only one dealing with this issue. Several people were being treated the same .

Placed a large online order to pick up and wanted to pay in store. I got a call within 5 minutes saying they can expedite my order if I pay now. I mentioned I wanted to pay in store since I didn’t have my card available. They said it’ll just take longer, I asked what the ETA would be, they said 3:15 I said that’s fine. I show up around 3:30 and now that I’ve paid, I noticed the guy just standing there staring into space. I leaned over and asked politely what the ETA was since the food should have been ready to go, the guy mentioned I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes because they don’t start making the food till you pay. I’m confused to what they said over the phone and the ETA the application I ordered from mentioned. They just came up with their own rules at that point. When I mentioned why they told me the order would be ready by 3:15 they just looked at me and said “I don’t know” and walked away. I was furious at that point because it’s been over an hour since I’ve placed my order and had to wait even longer, BUT the food was magically ready in less than 5 minutes 75 wings 3 baskets of fries in less than 5 minutes… I’m assuming the order was forfilled but they didn’t know because skinny bone Jones was staring into space instead of checking on the order. They decided not to own up to their mistakes and just gave me the food and was on my way. I must admit I was rude because of how furious I was with the issue, but I do apologize. Just wasn’t happy the way the staff was miscommunicating and handling the potential problem, unprofessional unfortunately.
