The wings have more oil than actual flavor. Too much oil being used the flavor runs off the classic wings and they have zero flavor. Was not worth my 35$. Had the flavor been present possibly worth the money I spent. Also where is the Lemon pepper flavor my boneless lemon pepper wings basically came as plain. The fries are always nasty that’s nothing new.

This place is always slammed. We waited way too long for our order, and there were only two employees trying to keep up with everything. You could tell they were doing their absolute best, but it was just too much for two people. Orders were running super late, and it felt pretty chaotic.

I totally respect the staff-they were working hard and staying professional-but as a restaurant owner myself, I know this isn’t fair to them. The owner really needs to hire at least 3 or 4 more people. It’s not just about keeping customers happy, it’s about not burning out your team

I was third in line. It was a bit busy, so I didn’t mind the wait. However, I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for two orders of six-piece wings, which were the Hickory Smoked BBQ and Mango Habanero, with a side of cheese fries and a regular side of fries. The fries were soggy and cold. Do not get the cheese fries unless you like cheese sauce. When I received my food, I just left and went home. The wings didn’t even look like they were properly cooked. (I threw most of the wings away but left enough to take a picture.) Regarding the workers there, I don’t have anything against them, but they were just standing around chatting while only two or three were actually doing their best to perform their jobs; there were 7 people in total in the kitchen/ fryer area and only one cashier. Mind you, this was not today but was on a Friday.

Pretty much the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I picked up my food and when I got home I noticed I was missing half my order. Tried to call to get a refund. They don’t answer the phone for 15 minutes. I drive back. So now it’s been 45 minutes and I ask for my food that’s missing.

The manager gave me my 45 minute old food that was left on the counter, did not give me a refund, and barely offered an apology. Lesson learned I guess.

First time I came it, I gave it the benefit of the doubt; it’s a new place. The second time around however was just so bad. My boyfriend and I order the 20 PC with 4 different flavors. When we got home we opened the package to see ONLY 12 WINGS. To top it off they were sooo cold and the flavor was even 1 we ordered. Seriously looked like they through someone’s old lunch in my bag. We both work fast food so to see this was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that the girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us when we walked in.

As someone from SoCal who grew up loving Wingstop this is hands down THE WORST Wingstop I have ever been to. They put low effort into their food. They don’t put extra fry seasoning when I ask them to, they barely put any seasoning in the lemon pepper wings, you have to order a side of lemon pepper sauce just to get some semblance of flavor. They forget my food constantly. And this isn’t a one time thing but happens all the time. This sucks, because it’s the only Wingstop in like 30+ miles but honestly unless you want to be disappointed, it may be worth it to either drive the 30+ miles or decide on something else
