In Mena after a long day on the motorcycle and Papas was exactly what we needed. Nice atmosphere, friendly greeting, fresh quick chips and salsa and prompt drinks. The steak fajitas quesadillas were wonderful. Had to get someone’s attention twice for something needed but everyone was super nice and the meal was worth every dime!

The food is great and just like the TexMex we get back in Texas. We have had Amy as our server several times and she goes out of her way to provide us with excellent service. Amy is pleasant, cheerful, and provides service with a smile.

I came on vacation to visit my aunt to accompany her for a week, she asked me to take her to this wonderful restaurant and we had a small problem, but it was solved correctly by a girl named Sara, she was very friendly and cheerful; always with a smile on her face. I will definitely come back to this place.

12/21/22: Back again to have a wonderful meal. I had the delicious burrito with fajita meat and sour cream on top. Hearty meal. Excellent service as well by Sara. Highly recommend this place.

Food seemed like a tv dinner meal just thrown in the microwave. The bathrooms were dirty. And our waitress, Cookie, was extra loud and touchy feely. We tried to be nice, but honestly she was just so much. Very extra, no sense of boundaries. I don’t know if it’s because we were getting along at first or if this is just something normal there, but it definitely gave us the creeps.

This place has drastically gone downhill. Very sad to see what “the best restaurant in mena” has become. Amanda is still amazing of course! Just wish they had more waitresses as sweet and happy to see you as her. I’ve seen some over the years but for SOME REASON, they don’t ever last long. The food is very mediocre and too expensive for the quality of it. Just an all over unsatisfying experience. Even witnessed some workplace drama while dining there. Just could be so much better. Needs nemanagement, new waitresses, new menu. Don’t waste your time here.

What a pleasant and family friendly place to enjoy a tasty meal. High chairs for your littles and comfortable booths for your grownups. Start with some of their different nachos and ease into anything else tasty along the way. You won’t have to shout to have a conversation, the atmosphere is just right.

I’m all about atmosphere and this place lacks that tremendously! Not only was I not greeted, but just very monotonously asked “how many.”. The food is definitely not worth the tremendous wait for you to receive it! Also im not sure Arkansas law on serving alcohol but I’m pretty positive I was served my drinks by a minor. Would not recommend.
