BUYER BEWARE! GHETTO IS THE ONLY WORD THAT DESCRIBES THIS PLACE. From the outside to the inside, it’s dark, dingy, aged and not well kept. I’m positive they have rats & roaches. The staff is loud , unprofessional and clearly untrained. Long story short. I spent 16.oo on a mild combo. It had zero flavor , none. No salt, pepper seasoning of any kind. Super greasy! The sauce was worst. The chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Who knew a bunch of black women could not fry chicken! I was refused a refunded and forced to make another selection. I gave that one to my dog. This place needs to be shut down . I’m going to check the county’s website, this place can’t be passing inspections. Keep your money!!!

I came to pick up my carry out order and I waited 10 minutes for an employee to greet me and give me my order. I don’t mind the wait when it’s busy, but there were two employees in the kitchen just chatting. One of them kept looking at me while I waited. And it wasn’t busy at the time.

I love Excellent Customer Service! when an employee sees you walking through the door (even though he was a cooker) Ahkash (hope I spelled name right) seen me waiting to be helped. Cashier was busy, so he quickly finished what he was doing, and tend to my Service. With that simple act, made me feel real important and I want to applaud your service sir! I never leave reviews but felt lead to on this. Ordered 10piece mango hab and them wings was drier than the desert. I asked for extra sauce and didn’t mind paying extra and they were still dry. Wingstop on mountain better 100%

Ordered a 30pc boneless meal and asked for celery to go with it. Paid $46. Fries were so greasy soggy, chicken wings were very dry and had to ask for a side of mild sauce that we then had to pay $2 for. The music was all rap, sink in bathroom had a faucet that wouldn’t shut off. Trash all over restaurant floor (there is no trashcan for you to throw away stuff), the tables were not clean, the staff called my friend Big Dog… just not professional.

Not sure if 35 minut wait for walk in is normal but some people that ordered after me got their food 10 min before me. Fries have always sucked, guess that how they always are here.

Took an hour to get my order. The app said it would take 18 to 25 min. When I finally got my order I was missing food. After I mentioned the missing food, the staff tried to argue with me and gave me attitude. After getting the correct food I went home and realized I was missing all the ranches I paid for.
