I’m surprised to see reviews saying the food is good. Every so often I get a craving for some good wings and forget this place ain’t it. It’s so close to my house so It’s convenient but I’ve been there a couple times and the food comes out bland, soggy fries, and cold. This last batch of wings seemed borderline soggy and undercooked. We ate 4 of 20 before giving up. Nothing worse than spending money on food that comes out so terrible you don’t want to eat it. 2 stars for good service, the workers there are always nice but I’m paying for good food more than anything.

Man whatever you do avoid this Wingstop. I mean I’ve never had any bad experiences with Wingstop in the past but for some reason the food and waiting time here is awful. What makes it worse is that when you finally do get the food it’s under seasoned and has barely any sauce. The lemon pepper fries tasted like microwave fries straight from the 99 cent store again with mild to no taste with like a chalky texture. I mean I could’ve just gotten a bad batch but honestly I’ll just be heading to Pizza Hut for my wings cravings cause they treat you right.

Trash on every table, took about 3 minutes for anyone to show face and it’s obvious that this Wing-stop is under terrible management. Bummed out because it’s a wingstop which should be held to some kind of accountability.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE By Host: Giselle. This is my first time at this place. BTW, this place it was well recommended. However my experience it was the meanest I’ve ever had compare to other restaurants. I was trying to take a look on the menu because like I said this is my first time ever at this restaurant and she was so mean and verbally rushing me (are you ready? Do you know what do you want?/ what else/ what else/ ) and giving me attitude and her body language was very rude by acting like “Ugg!”
I hope the owner or manager/supervisor take care of this matter and conduct a better training to prevent this unacceptable customer service. FYI, they took almost an hr. to give us our order. Even people who ordered after us they got their order first and ours was delayed on purpose on top of the counter.

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE MILD, BUT ITS ALL OIL AND NO FLAVOR! APPARENTLY THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK, AFTER BEING FRIED. (The guy offered to give me sauce on the side when i called,but i couldn’t go back) i shouldn’t even have to call and be offered sauce on the side, when it should already have sauce. What a waste of almost 50 dollars(we ordered a couple things) I SHOULD BE OFFERED A REFUND!

Sent in an order through the app, the delivery driver made a mistake and got the wrong order which is fine. Tried to contact the driver and they didn’t answer. I called the store and the lady said she was going to call me back and get it resolved, never got a call saying hey sorry I can’t and they didn’t want us to come in and give us our actual order.

Absolutely horrible customer service I will never go to this one again. They need to hire people who are not worried about high school gossiping and crushes and more about their work. I’d recommend driving a little out of way for another one. Don’t let the up close picture fool you those 2 pieces are no bigger then a dime

I didn’t have a problem with service but I didn’t care for the food. fries were soggy and the wings tasted dry and barely any meat on the bones tasted like jerky.
