Ordered 6 pizzas. They were ready for pickup on time. Clerk was cordial. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas must have been sitting for a good half hour before the order was due for pickup. It was cold and the cheese had hardened. Frozen pizzas in a grocery store taste better than these pizzas did, and they’re half the price.

I went to pick up my food and it took them more than 15 minutes to deliver it. After waiting a long time and seeing all the other customers leave with their food, I asked and they realized it had been in the oven for quite a while. This is the second time this has happened to me. I wanted to give them another chance, but the staff is definitely very bad, especially the man with glasses and his terrible attitude.

Thursday afternoon around 5 pm me and my girlfriend had ordered food we called to place the order. We received very bad costumer service and the guy who had picked up was very rude over the phone and in person when picked up the food. When we called my girlfriend had asked a simple question and the guy was extremely rude and gave so much attitude. When I went in to pick up my food. He was mumbling and whispering stuff to himself and was giving me very bad service. At that point I wasn’t comfortable in buying from little ceasers. Very disappointed really. This is the 3rd time they do this! I call aHEAD of time to have them put EXTRA Parmesan cheese on my bread sticks because every time I buy them there’s rarely any and it’s so dried so I call ahead of time for them to put a good amount of Parmesan cheese and they tell me yes and then they still don’t! 3xs they do this! Start putting extra Parmesan cheese on them bread sticks! There so dried and with no flavor!

When I came in to pick up my food, the cashier came from the back l, dug in his nose in front of me, wiped it on his shirt then tried to hand me my order. I asked for a refund and he got the manager. While talking to the manager the same cashier then opened someone else’s pizza with the same in washed hands. While complaining to the manager the cashier was laughing the entire time.

We waited for half hour for our food and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait the man at the front gave me attitude after we questioned about a lady who ordered like 1 hour after us and got her food right away and we waited for the manager for at least 20 minutes for him but he still didn’t come so we left

As a doordasher, these guys are extremely slow on orders. Made me wait 20+ minutes to get one small pizza ready, wasting my and the customer’s valuable time. Just an empty store, I don’t even know what their management is doing, if anything
