Theres never any line, yet it always takes 10 minutes to get your food. When in drive-thru, they always make you pull forward to cheat their timer. Making corporate think they’re moving quick. I always see only two people working in the restaurant. Their printers haven’t had enough ink for months. I’ve been needing to guess the numbers on the barcode to receive reward points. Worst Carl’s Jr in the south bay.

We came in around lunch time to this location for the first time today. The food was fresh deliscious and made exact way its suppose to be. The restaurant was very clean. I have to say this is probably the freshest carls jr in san diego. The employees were very nice and I had the advantage of seeing how curious and thoughtful they were by helping a man that was hungry. We need more people as sincere as these employees were. We will definitely be back anytime we are in chula vista

Horrible, in my last review I said it was up and down experiences but by far this is the worst. Cold fries, watered down drinks, you repeat the order to me correct but only to drive home and get the wrong order and the chicken sandwich looks like it was hastily put together when there is no line. Honestly a heart break.(ordered 2 combos, both are not good) horrible for there to be no cars and the food isn’t fresh is inexcusable

I have been here many time and always spent at least 20 dollars every time I’ve been here as a customer ( I eat here regularly with my family ) . I felt unfairly treated here because I was kind and really tried to get them to understand the urgency but they just didn’t care.. the woman behind the register who was hispanic and heavyset around 1:30 on Wednesday Nov. 16 refused to let me use the restroom even when I told her it was an emergency unless I bought something .. I tried to explain it was an emergency but she didn’t even try to hear me out at all.. I understand rules are rules but sometimes there should be an exception especially to a regular customer . i had to go so bad I peed on the floor near the restroom…
