We’re watching our sugar levels and now we usually order soda water for my wife and I. We’ve never been charged for this water at any other restaurant, not even McDonald’s or Olive Garden, but at this Buffalo Wild they charged us as if we had ordered 4 Cokes, almost $8 for our water drinks. (We ordered 2 Cokes for our kids and two waters for us)

I visited this place earlier this week and this was my second time coming here just because it’s convenient for my friend to meet me here. The first time I came and ordered a drink at the dirty bar top my glass had so much visible dirt and I just asked politely for a plastic cup .
Today I came back to wait for my friend and decided to try their happy hour again. The bartender refused to give me my drink in a plastic cup after I told her the problem I had the last time….. Then proceeded to bring me the water and lemon I requested with a strawberry hanging off the cup… With a pile of dirty cups at the bar.

Took over 20 minutes just to get a table! The guy that lead us to our table threw the menus on the table. The booth was dirty, took at least 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks. Wings were too salty and the bacon was also salty. The bathrooms were nasty , the trash can was overflowing. The forks were dirty and FOUND A BUG IN MY WATER. Never coming here again. Save your money and take your business elsewhere!!

The food was fantastic! Our waitress was so awesome. She is not the reason I gave the service a 3! Our food came out, and my friends came out over 10 minutes later. We like to come on Thursdays during bogo boneless wings! My wings were really good as always! They also got my other friends order mixed up. The stickers on the tray were right but had wrong sauces on them! Again, our waitress was excellent. It was really the kitchen that had some issues!

This Bdubs has numerous issues and often. Management, service, wait times, etc. You can count on your order taking 20-30 mins+ longer than the estimated time in the app. So I would definitely recommend staying away from here on your lunch break. I could go on about a few things like my online order I placed 45 mins before the start of a Broncos game, given an estimated 20 min wait time, just to show up, wait an hr and a half from the time I ordered, only for managment to hide out in the kitchen instead of coming out to face everyone waiting just as long or longer. Management was under prepared plain and simple. The food is hit or miss. Imo, it’s right more times than none. Sometime’s an underwhelming amount of sauce on the wings. Also, the sign out sheet has got to stop.. It’s unprofessional. If you who work there can’t get it right or go over the order with the customer face to face then you shouldn’t work there. Just really poor service from managment and it shines through the staff.

I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. While we were there, several employees were openly eating Flaming Hot Cheetos and donuts behind the counter while working, which felt really unprofessional and honestly unsanitary in a food service environment.
The bigger issue happened with my beer. One of the employees came over and took my beer away because they assumed my friend was drinking it. My friend hadn’t touched it, and we asked them to check the cameras to confirm that, but they didn’t seem interested in actually verifying what happened. Instead of resolving the situation properly, they just confiscated the drink and moved on.
It felt like the staff was more focused on hanging out and snacking than actually taking care of customers. The whole interaction was frustrating and handled poorly. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect when going out to eat.

my server idalia was too busy kissing and grinding on her boyfriend the whole time. EVERYTIME I looked up from my food she was eating his face. This type of level of pda is not even considered pda it’s just straight unprofessional. None of her colleagues stopped nor corrected her behavior. Wing stop would never.

Ordered for pick up. By the time I got home, I realized that our 20 piece boneless wings was actually bone in. I went back to the store to have them remade. Even during a busy Sunday night, I was treated very well by the staff and manager Levi. They apologized and gave me credit towards my next meal for the inconvenience. Great customer service all around. four stars just because there was the mistake in the initial order, but would give five stars for Levi and his staff during such a busy time.

First off I just wanna say do not order ahead of time when you order ahead of time it’s not accurate to when they’ll have your order ready. I was standing for about 30 minutes past the time they gave me that my order was ready. Everybody else was getting their order except mine no point of placing online orders also the workers were very rude and they were rarely checking on my order. Wings were also super dry. I just don’t understand how Buffalo wild wings is still around with the way they manage things.
