This was my first visit to Wingstop, and I was very impressed. When I walked in, the place was clean, and Richard politely greeted me at the register. He took my order and went to the back to get it started. He updated me on how long it would be for my food. He also handled a person coming to provide a service for the restaurant and was again very polite. As a corporation’s CEO, I was very impressed and asked for his name to let the company know what a fantastic hire he was. It is refreshing to see not only a service worker showing excellent customer service these days but one with ambitions of moving up in the company and not just doing the bare minimum to get their paycheck. Great job Wingstop, I will be a loyal customer from this day forward.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, we ordered at 5:06pm in store, they were busy so we waited patiently until about 5:56pm. We asked about how much longer the wait would be and at that point they had lost our order. We tried to get a refund and they gave us a hard time.

I’m kinda surprised on the reviews, I read for this Wingstop location. Typically we call ahead and place our order, but this time we just walked in and placed our take out order. The wait time was 20 minutes and the crowd in the dinning area was very minimal for a Saturday lunch timeframe. There was no negative staff vibe going on here, Eduardo at the counter was very friendly. We ordered their 24 pc Family Classic Wings bone in, with fries and veggie sticks. Everything was delicious, food was hot.

Ordered 30 wings and a large ranch to go. After walking out of the store I realized the bag was ripped on the side that was facing the staff member who handed it to me, which is why I didnt notice it. The bag ripped and the ranch fell right out the bag. I reported this to the store for a refund and was told “its too late because you walked out the store with the items”. Got home and the wings were soggy and flavorless. Ordered garlic parmesan and there was nothing but butter on the wings.

Order food to go. When I got in I was greeted but waited a little bit before someone helped me. I ordered boneless wings and they were not fully cooked and were barely covered in sauce. I went in to ask for more sauce and another ranch they wanted to charge for the sauce.

Came in for an online order. I counted 12 people waiting for order and not 1 person with food or eating. Employees without hair nets, texting without gloves then touching food and now they are out of boneless but aren’t telling customers. Online order was placed over an hour ago and was suppose to be ready in 16-21 minutes and it’s not close to being ready.

Don’t eat here unless you like your wings overcooked, two times I’ve ate here and the wings were basically burnt every bite is like eating rocks. I asked and they said they got new wings or something and don’t know how to cook them which doesn’t really makes sense. Even my free complaint wings were over cooked so not sure maybe one day they’ll figure out how to cook the new wings. Proof in picture got that more then once

Ordered online and it said 33 minutes. Got there exaclty 33 minutes on Saturday only to be told it was going to take another 30 min after she found our recipt on the bottom of a huge pile! Don’t allow orders online of you can’t fulfill them ontime or at all!! This happened here ans at the Dysart location. Ridiculous!
