The service was good. Staff greeted us upon entrance, answered all of the questions and made suggestions. The food once it arrived wasn’t fantastic. The large fries seemed like a medium in a large container. The boneless wings were really hard and that made it difficult for the children to enjoy.

The wings were dry and not fully sauced. Rhonda of whatever the older lady’s name is was EXTREMELY rude to the cashier. I felt so sorry that the cashier was super under pressure with it being so busy and no one helping her and rhonda was just giving attitude to everyone working there. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for the employees to be treated so poorly by this woman. Do better!

I love their wings a lot but , July 10th I order wings I had 3 of my hot wings missing and there was a hair on the wings. I called them and of course manager was so rude about it like she didn’t care. She told me that on my next order she will give me 15 wings but then i called today and they were just rude like whatever! I really hope that when they go out to a fast food restaurant and get the same experience i got they would of bee mad and of course I took a picture of the wing with the hair I was willing to send it to them if they gave me a number too. People really need to know how to be polite to their customers. If you can’t be nice at all don’t work in a fast food place.Also they don’t wear gloves they touch the chicken and then they start pulling up their pants or grabbing their phones!

this place is unprofessional the day i came in first complaint is the older woman with light greyish white hair (didn’t see if she had a name tag at least) in the front is giving attitude to the other workers right in front of me like i can’t hear ?!?! UNBELIEVABLE poor staff look overwhelmed and understaffed. 2nd complaint is they set the food to the side of the counter and she didn’t even call out my order until i asked if it was mine and rolled her eyes at me. it’s a shame.

Normally, my experience isn’t that bad. I checked-in and my food was ready. I paid and checked my order but the seasoned fries didn’t look seasoned. I waited for my Wife to be done next door and have her check them. She decided to try them and said that they were definitely NOT seasoned. We were still in the parking lot, I went back inside and told them. They stared at me like I was making a crazy request. I took out the fries and said you can seasoned these, I don’t care. The cook, I assume, said he would make me a new order. I stood there for at least 10 minutes and decided to wait outside. The short female cashier came outside and said “I need those fries back to give you these.” I told them we tried the fries and she wanted them back! This has to be a food safety violation, considering all the covid guidelines. Hopefully, they don’t add the fries to another customer’s order that may complain. Narrow-minded employees can be dangerous.
