Listen to the other reviews and ALWAYS check your orders before leaving. This was a take out order, they have no quality control and the workers dont care either. I would recommend the wings at the hot bar at the Deli at Frys across the street before I ever recommend this location to anyone.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this particular Wingstop location was a bad experience. Everything in my order was wrong except the flavor and I received my extra ranch. I ordered the fries well done with extra seasoning. They came to me cold, undercooked, and had no seasoning at all. The wings were barely sauced and also cold. I ordered a Coke and received a tea. I tried calling to address the issue but was put on hold and after a few minutes my phone showed that the call had failed. It’s upsetting because with prices as they are, you want to receive what you pay for. My entire order was inedible and a waste of $17.

this wingstop is almost infamous for bad quality food and service. i am definitely a wingstop connoisseur so this is definitely disappointing. whether the food is drenched in grease or i have to wait over 40 min for an order with an 8 piece wing and fry-that’s it. honestly i’ve never stopped going to a food location due to bad service and quality but i think this one may be my first one. last night me and my SO ordered wingstop after a long 12 hour flight home. we were given boxes of grease. wings and tenders so greasy we were unable to finish our food. unacceptable. grease is literally pooled all over the wings and bottom of the boxes. disgusting.

I ordered through Uber and when I went to go pick it up they made me wait over an hour and told me my order was cancelled even though it said through Uber it was still a live order. This is not the first time they do this. I’ve ordered from here before and have had issues with food missing. I see all bad reviews here. Why are the managers and supervisors still working here if they’re not doing their job correctly.

This must have been the 5th or 6th time this place has messed up my order. I asked for all flats extra crispy and got basically all drum sticks. I asked if instead of a fountain drink I can get a bottled soda. They said they couldn’t do that. I guess this is the reason their ratings are so low. Staff is slow and they simply don’t listen to your order. Also the wings I was served were dry and had hardly any sauce or seasoning. This place is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to and they have forever lost my business.

Austin is closing the store absolutely beautifully. Very meticulous cleaning of this dining room, possibly the best closing performance i’ve ever seen. The floors are glistening, tables sparkling, and everything is stocked to perfection. Hats off to you Austin!

This location is consistently inconsistent. We order Cajun corn, don’t receive Cajun corn. We order a rub, the wings are barely coated and bland. We pay for all flats, still get drums. We ask for well-done, get soggy wings instead.

Didnt get the proper number of wings (counting to 20 isnt too hard. A kindergartenkid can do that.) Dry rubs were greasy. Cooks need to learn to count and not over grease the dry rubs. Person behind the counter didn’t care about the complaint for missing wings. Just got an “ok” a couple times. I didn’t ask for anything to make up for it, didnt actually care we were missinga few, but show some care and concern that someone’s order was not correct.

Ordered a 10 of received 8 and I don’t usually count but since I’m sharing this with another person and we paid for it they should get the numbers right. Will be calling first thing in the morning for the refund of what I didn’t get.
